  1. Localhost on 5432 should work for your scripts on the server. If it doesn't, it may be misconfigured. Remote access doesn't work at all that I can find (Krydos may need to enable it...) Stevie and (old) Johnny both took server.heliohost.org:5432 for remote connections.
  2. When Krydos sees it, he'll send the invite to the email on your Paypal/Skrill account. Moved to customer service.
  3. Added to http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26930-manual-backup-master-list/
  4. That's not the email address you used for that account. We have an address that looks like rlc*****@*****x.com.
  5. We don't know when the next attempt will be. An announcement will likely be made about how to obtain the results though.
  6. Johnny FTP has been acting weird for a few users. I can't even log in myself... Try changing the encryption to plain FTP and see if it works, if not, I'll escalate it for you,
  7. Added to http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26930-manual-backup-master-list/
  8. It's possible they were simply to corrupt to recover as well. We've already had several that were unrecoverable due to damage. What is your accounts username? I'll have krydos check manually to see if there is anything else to recover.
  9. We support 4.6, so 4.5 should work, escalating to have it enabled.
  10. Stevie's hardware failed: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26915-hard-drive-failed/ Backups can be had from the link at the top of that topic. You'll need to move to Johnny or Tommy. If you need your domain removed so it can be added to a new account, please let us know.
  11. The disk is mechanically failed. It's not going corrupt in the sense you're thinking, but rather its physically destroying itself by running, either by dragging the heads on the surface of the disk, or by simply going further and further out of tolerance until it cannot read its platters anymore. Either way, the disk will eventually become completely unusable.
  12. If you don't have a Johnny account, you don't need to delete it. What was your Stevie username so I can check that it's gone. As for the donation, I think the recipient name can be anything. The recipient account's email address should be admin@heliohost.org We are located in the USA.
  13. The minimum we recommend is $1 (because otherwise it gets eaten up by fees and we don't actually get anything), so yes, your $6 via Skrill would be great. You'll get a Tommy invite at your Skrill email address within a day or so (Krydos sends them manually). You'll need to delete your Johnny account before trying to use the Tommy invite. Also, make sure you don't use the same username as your forum account or the creation will fail (if you really want to use it, let us know and we'll rename your forum account for you).
  14. The 2 cents likely won't make too much of a difference in fees (Krydos, correct me if I'm wrong here). I think it's people donating $0.25 and the like that cause us to get nothing. We do generally ask for at least $1 though if you can. You will get an email at your paypal email address that will contain a link to create the Tommy account. Note that it doesn't come immediately (Krydos sends them manually). You have a backup, good. Yes, email needs to be set up again. Do this through cPanel. You can set your passwords when you recreate the mail accounts. The files in public_html should be uploaded into your new account's public_html folder. Databases will need to be created in cPanel, then have their backup imported. Software that uses them will need the config file edited to use the new database names/users/passwords (this process and the file you need to edit is different for different programs). Yes, the something.heliohost.org subdomain on an account always points to public_html.
  15. As I said above, we don't offer any opportunity for extra disk space at this time (if we did, our servers would quickly end up full since they don't have that much capacity to begin with). Please use different software if space is of concern. I currently fit 5 programs and 2 websites in 200MB of space. Also, you mention 600MB with sample data. Can you leave the sample data out to help reduce size?

  17. Tommy is current invite only since he's in beta. Currently, the only way to receive the required invite is by donating (any amount is appreciated, the donation will help cover operating costs and repairs such as new disks for Stevie). If you have donated, please post your transaction ID so Krydos can check that the invite has been sent. If you have not, see https://heliohost.org/donate/ to do so. The invite will be sent to your Paypal or Skrill email address when Krydos receives the donation notification. Alternately, you can sign up on Johnny for free. Registrations open at midnight UTC every day and fill quickly.
  18. You're only allowed one account, so you should delete your Johnny account first. After that's done, add the domain as a parked domain on your Tommy account. You can delete the Johnny account through our website (log into http://heliohost.org/?_=new, using your Johnny login information, click delete account), or using the old script at http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete
  19. Http://heliohost.org/backup/ that email address and username are correct. You should receive an email containing the link to download it. Accounts don't delete themselves on crashed servers.

    Let's Encrypt?

You have to do it manually here. We don't use the cpanel plugin. Nyten's link is currently the best info on doing that.
  21. If they're MyISAM, it depends whether or not they're corrupt. Krydos can check the next time he boots Stevie. Added to http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26930-manual-backup-master-list/
  22. Databases there were recoverable should be included in your backup. If the dump is included in your backup, but empty or extremely small, the data is probably stored using InnoDB, which is not recoverable.
  23. 45 bytes is an empty backup. The backup failed for your account. He's going to try to see if he can get it manually for you when we next try to recover data from Stevie. Whether there's anything left that's recoverable will be determined then.
  24. No account exists with any of the above. I'll escalate this for you, but I have a feeling it may have been deleted.
  25. Take a look here: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26914-ssh-on-tommy/ Another user just did this yesterday. If you need your domain removed from your Stevie account, please create a new topic in customer service with the username and domain you wish to reuse. Please be aware the Stevie backup retrieval script won't work once we remove the email and username from the account, so be sure to download any backup that may be available first.
