  1. With the exception of users who are Archived, accounts cannot be moved if they're located on a server that is down. You'll need to download the content from https://heliohost.org/backup/ , sign up again, and restore the backups. @ashflazr: Yes it is. He has 2 accounts, though he claims one is for a charity (the other is presumably personal).
  2. This one decided to cooperate for me, though I had to do it in WHM for some reason...I think our custom scripts aren't talking to Tommy right. The domain on the account cwfloyd has been changed.
  3. The account myprojec on johnny has been cleaned up and your forum account has been renamed to myprojec2 so that the username can be reused. As for registrations, Tommy lasts about 10 seconds (good luck, you basically have to mash F5 right at midnight and hope you get the page while it's open...), and Ricky lasts between 1 minute and 1 hour depending on the day. Last night Ricky lasted about 45 minutes. You can see the history for registration availability here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/
  4. The account kayn cannot be moved because the source server is not functional and the account was not archived at the time of the crash. A tommy invite has been sent for a new account instead. Your old account's data can be retrieved from https://heliohost.org/backup/
  5. Our servers are not ipv6 enabled. If you wanted to support ipv6, cloudflare is required and would need to connect to us using ipv4.
  6. That account is on Johnny, which has failed. You can download the content from here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ For more information, please see the recent posts in https://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/
  7. Unblocked.
  8. We do not support short_open_tag. They are obsolete and should no longer be used. If you are using software that still relies on them, the software is poorly made and does not comply with current coding standards. Please find different software. As for PHP version, you can change that yourself for each of your domains in cPanel. The option can be found under Software->MultiPHP Manager.
  9. That account is on Johnny, which has failed. You can download the content from here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ For more information, please see the recent posts in https://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/ We currently do not have any estimate as to when Johnny will be fixed, or whether the accounts will be there when it is (if we rebuild, the accounts will be deleted), so I would advise creating a new account on another server.
  10. We only recovered files and mysql data from accounts. The postgres data, if it's available, would need to be retrieved as a special request and would likely be provided in the form of a raw data file (not an .sql file as you're used to). Lets see if Krydos can recover this for you.
  11. Unblocked.
  12. The account chtngtr has been cleaned up.
  13. If you're on Tommy, main domain changes seem to be broken lately. We had another user whose domain wouldn't change, and I tried changing mine on a test account to no avail either. What is your username and server? Once you post that I'll pass it on to Krydos so he can change it.
  14. There are no logs available. We don't keep information on these blocks aside from the reason, source IP, and time of the block due to the large volume of blocks that get handed out and expire each day. Unblocked.
  15. We didn't receive any email containing this information. Please post the information on the forum, or PM it to me if you would like to keep it private.
  16. That account cannot be restored because it was deleted for disk space. An invite has been sent so you can create a new account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  17. That account is on Johnny, which has failed. You can download the content from here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ For more information, please see the recent posts in https://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/

  19. We currently have no way to accept recurring donations, though it may be possible for a donor to set something up on PayPal. It's worth noting that Tommy accounts don't need continued donations to keep them. It only needs to be logged into once a month. We have considered a few ideas such as a credit system where you earn points for various things like donating, helping on the forums, etc. in the past but haven't implemented any of them. Using said points to "buy" a few months of exemption from the 30-day login requirement was one idea that was floated. The big thing we were trying to figure out is how to balance it all. We want anything that's offered for pay/donation to also be obtainable for free with reasonable effort (think about how tommy accounts are now).
  20. Glad to see you got it working Please let us know if you need anything else.
  21. Set your name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. You need to do this over on freenom's website. You're currently using their dns, which is not supported: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=geo-online.ga&rec=ALL

  25. It failed for an unknown reason. New invite sent.
