  5. We currently have no way to accept recurring donations, though it may be possible for a donor to set something up on PayPal. It's worth noting that Tommy accounts don't need continued donations to keep them. It only needs to be logged into once a month. We have considered a few ideas such as a credit system where you earn points for various things like donating, helping on the forums, etc. in the past but haven't implemented any of them. Using said points to "buy" a few months of exemption from the 30-day login requirement was one idea that was floated. The big thing we were trying to figure out is how to balance it all. We want anything that's offered for pay/donation to also be obtainable for free with reasonable effort (think about how tommy accounts are now).

Without Johnny working, we don't have a server that offers day-round registration and unlimited accounts. While this will eventually change when we repair Johnny, we're not sure when that will be.
  13. Tommy fills in <10 seconds nearly every day. If you donate, I can replace the Ricky invite with a Tommy invite for you. I can't offer one for free in fairness to others who've had to donate or repeatedly try to get one. Ricky invitation sent.

  15. No idea on that one. I don't know jQuery well enough. I've always done it the way you're trying to avoid (PHP script and an iframe).
  16. You can't. You should just add both domains as an addon domain, and use the same doc root for both.

  19. It needs to be typed exactly as shown between the quotes, case and all. Do not enter gibberish or random letters, which your email suggests your are doing. As for webmail, you've already received the correct response from another one of our users. Yes, but limited to 50/day unless you can explain why more is needed. Also be mindful of the fact that you can get suspended if someone reports your mail as spam and we receive an abuse report for it (AOL is famous for it...).
  20. They open every day at midnight UTC if you want to try an get a free account. Be aware that tommy fills within seconds and the Ricky accounts are gone in minutes nearly every day. If you want to guarantee yourself an account, I'd recommend the donation. Also, if you send your transaction ID after donating, I'll be happy to verify and send you the invite so you don't need to wait the "up to 24 hours" to get it.

    Yes. If you want an account now, you need to either use Ricky or Tommy and sign up at midnight UTC before they fill for the day, or you can donate and get an invite so you don't need to compete for one of the free accounts. Once Johnny is fixed or rebuilt, we'll know whether signing up again is needed for Johnny. A rebuild means signing up again, managing to somehow fix it means the old account should still be there.

  25. The domain change failed for me as well. Something seems to be wrong with the ability to change main domains on Tommy. When I did it, it changed what was listed in the admin tools but never actually updated it on the server. I can't get Tommy to change it through WHM either (throws an error about failing to get a PHP configuration). Moving so Krydos can take a look at it.
