    Hi

Depends which one. For forum users, an admin needs to change it. For hosting accounts, you can't (you'd need to delete your account and sign up again).
  3. The Johnny server has failed. Please see https://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/ for more information.
  4. The tables in question are located in the skstockm_my_db.tar.gz They are in raw format (MyISAM Data files) though, so you'll need to install mysql and convert them to get the data out of it. The procedures discussed here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/879176/how-to-recover-mysql-database-from-myd-myi-frm-files explains the process for using these files pretty well.
  5. No it's not, but we have been copying that response into nearly every post about Johnny lately because the majority is still unaware that the server failed. You can't reuse the email address or username without assistance. What is the account username, and what are the domains on that account that you need freed up?
  6. That's because you do. I had to do the same thing when I started here 7 years ago (though it was midnight PDT back then). I think just about all of us who've been here a while have had to do this at some point. Ricky usually lasts between 10 minutes and an hour every day, starting at midnight UTC (which I assume for you is 3AM). Johnny is dead but allows unlimited signups when he works. Tommy fills in about 10 seconds due to demand.
  7. Thanks! Today is in fact my birthday. Also, I've gone ahead and renamed your forum profile back for you. Please let us know if you need anything else.
  8. The invite is probably no good if you tried to use it previously and found your username wasn't free. I've sent you a new invite.
  9. Those domains are hosted on Johnny, which has failed. You can download the content from here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ For more information, please see the recent posts in https://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/ We currently do not have any estimate as to when Johnny will be fixed, or whether the accounts will be there when it is (if we rebuild, the accounts will be deleted), so I would advise creating a new account on another server. If you need assistance getting the domains freed up to reuse, please let us know and we can assist.
  10. There's no need to buy anything to use HTTPS. The HTTPS support is free for all websites and domains. Users on the Ricky and Tommy servers automatically receive a free certificate for every domain on their account. Certificates can take up to 24 hours to install after you add a domain to the account, and also renew themselves for free as they approach expiration. Users on our (currently down for repair) Johnny server need to provide their own certificate such as from Lets Encrypt, and manually renew it as needed, but it can still be done for free.
  11. They should recreate themselves when the autossl runs. I re-ran it after the htacess fix and it still throws a 404 error. I'm not sure why these validation files aren't creating themselves. Let see if Krydos knows,

The system last polled for this certificate at May 17, 2018, 7:18:46 PM UTC. The next poll will be no earlier than May 17, 2018, 7:23:46 PM UTC. Something is keeping it from finding the validation file. The most common cause is an .htaccess with a forced SSL redirect or other rewrite command that prevents plain HTTP access to the .well-known folder.
  13. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should be working again.
  14. Unarchiving...
  15. The account kayn on Johnny has been cleaned up. Let me know once you've signed up again and I'll rename the forum account back for you.
  16. It's just random. cPanel has a lot of weird quirks and bugs. As for "Bad reputation"...that's usually based on the email content, not source IP. If you're getting reports of this, it's usually because either you use a lot of keywords and phrasing commonly found in spam, or a lot of people marked your mail as spam. The filter learns from all those people marking it as spam and now thinks your mail is unwanted by most of the population. This app can tell you if this is the case: https://www.mail-tester.com/
  17. That function requires a pecl extension called id3, which we don't have. I'm not sure whether that could be enabled or not, but I do know that it's not a common extension though, as you're the first in the 7 years I've been with HelioHost to ask for it. Our other root admin Krydos would be the one who would know more about this. In the meantime, what version of PHP are you using?

    Johnny Backups

You'll need to add them to your account again. If you obtained the domain from a registrar, that's still yours and will continue to be usable here once you add it to the new account.
  19. Also make sure the PHP scripts are all set to 644 permissions. If you use SFTP, they upload as 664 and need to be changed.
  20. Are you able to provide documentation for the charity? If so, I'd be willing to consider donating a Tommy account for it. Also, please let us know if you need assistance getting your backup. Your contact email address appears to possibly be pointed to your hosting account, so you may not be able to get the required email.
  21. With the exception of users who are Archived, accounts cannot be moved if they're located on a server that is down. You'll need to download the content from https://heliohost.org/backup/ , sign up again, and restore the backups. @ashflazr: Yes it is. He has 2 accounts, though he claims one is for a charity (the other is presumably personal).
  22. This one decided to cooperate for me, though I had to do it in WHM for some reason...I think our custom scripts aren't talking to Tommy right. The domain on the account cwfloyd has been changed.
  23. The account myprojec on johnny has been cleaned up and your forum account has been renamed to myprojec2 so that the username can be reused. As for registrations, Tommy lasts about 10 seconds (good luck, you basically have to mash F5 right at midnight and hope you get the page while it's open...), and Ricky lasts between 1 minute and 1 hour depending on the day. Last night Ricky lasted about 45 minutes. You can see the history for registration availability here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/
  24. The account kayn cannot be moved because the source server is not functional and the account was not archived at the time of the crash. A tommy invite has been sent for a new account instead. Your old account's data can be retrieved from https://heliohost.org/backup/
  25. Our servers are not ipv6 enabled. If you wanted to support ipv6, cloudflare is required and would need to connect to us using ipv4.
