I fixed the ettiquette guide. Krydos is the only one who can fix the TOS I think. I won't let me edit it to put a strikethrough and note that the link is broken (I can't find a copy of the content anywhere...) The whole wiki needs an overhaul anyway... Some other things I've noticed and can't fix because it won't let me edit the pages... Everything under the HelioPanel section is obsolete (that project died a long while back, it basically did what the "Heliohost tools" do now).There's no link to the Django page despite there being a very thorough tutorial there. People always ask about here though. There also doesn't seem to be a way for me to add it to the main page.The admin/mod info on the "What is HelioHost" page is outdated.

I don't know about the support FAQ...cl58 hasn't been around for a long time though (he's another support admin, last post looks to be 4 years ago). The etiquette guide smile is just the regular forum smily, so I'd just grab the path to that from the post editor (I'd link but I'm on mobile).

The accounts were merged. Please note that you will need to sign in using the password for the original nhalan account going forward (or reset it if you forgot it), since that was the account that was kept. The account nhalan1 has been removed.

It sounds like its a .sql he's trying to import in PHPMyadmin... He might be better served by using remote MySQL and a tool like MySQL workbench to load something that large into a database.

No you won't. Theyre all sent manually. There's only one person who can send them, and he's on vacation last I heard. He should be back in a day or so.

There are no plans to ever offer paid service. The Tommy server is very stable as it is. I run a production site and several websites for people I know on Tommy with very little downtime. If you're on Johnny...he's an experimental/test server...it's expected and considered normal to see downtime on there.

The forum account nhalan has been renamed to nhalan2. Go ahead and register for a new Tommy account when registration opens tonight. Please be sure to delete your nhalan1 Tommy account beforehand. Once you get the new Tommy account with your username, let me know and I'll rename your old forum account back to nhalan and merge the nhalan1 forum account you're posting with into it so your posts all stay together.

This is normal because you registered on Johnny. It can take up to 24 hours before domains on Johnny start working. Only Tommy accounts set up instantly.

bdistler has some ideas for cloudflare, though it won't fix the issue that got you suspended for load anyway (the script just needs too many resources to work). It's worth noting that using that script on your site for downloading copyrighted content will get you suspended for infringement as well. I highly recommend just not running that script. -
I'm not sure if the other guy had moved servers or not. It certainly acts like it could be that DNS isn't cleaning up fully and there's still entries that occasionally get served and point to Johnny when the account is on Tommy (a queued page is our servers' way of saying Apache doesn't know about the domain, which would make sense if you ask Johnny about Tommy domains).

Krydos hasn't been online too much in the past day. He's the only one who can resend the invite. @Krydos: the PayPal into is in this thread: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/27824-hh-78567-tommy-invitation/ (not sure if current, he apparently got a refund a few times for donations being too small). The error I'm seeing is related to improper configuration on Cloudflare. The site isn't set up over in Cloudflare, so Cloudflare is throwing an error. You need to configure or change your nameservers back to ours. You can configure Cloudflare either on their website, or through the cpanel plugin. This is not an Heliohost issue. -

Not sure what's up with this one. It was queued for me (which means Apache doesn't know what account it belongs to), so I removed and re-added the main domain to force the domain to set up again. That got it working for a few minutes, then it went back to being queued again here. It does exactly as you say: It queues itself for a few minutes, then works for a few minutes, then queues itself again over and over. No cache for me (incognito mode shouldn't even have cache...though I cleared it anyway). Escalating.
