  1. The account nedakav has been unsuspended. Please let me know when you are finished backing it up.
  2. I'm not sure about VB.NET, but we do support ASP.NET on Johnny using Mono, as long as the software is compiled for .NET 3.5. As for uptime and reliability of Johnny, this monitor shows all the times it has been down today: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ There is no limit on the number of SQL databases you can have. Just remember that you only have 500MB of storage for everything in your account, and that includes database contents.
  3. Sorry about the wait. From what I can see, you have three other accounts: saharnaz, raspina, nedakav I will unsuspend each account one at a time so you can create a backup. You can create a full backup in cPanel using this link: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/backup/index.html When you're finished backing all of the others up, I'll unsuspend mohebatt. I have unsuspended the account saharnaz. Please let me know when you have finished backing up your files so I can unsuspend the next one.
  4. That's a generic 500 error for a broken ASP.NET application. Something is wrong with whatever software you have installed. Follow the instructions it gives for enabling details so you can get the actual error message. After that, you'll need to troubleshoot your software. If you're developing the program yourself, make sure you're targeting .NET 3.5 when building it. Also, posting your cpanel username and a link to the broken site would be helpful.
  5. Seeing that you're on Johnny, I wouldn't be surprised if it is due to high load, especially if it comes and goes randomly. The following are common causes of these errors:
  6. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org

  8. That account was suspended for phishing and cannot be unsuspended.
  9. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  10. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. Note that this is your second suspension for high load. A third may be permanent. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  11. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  12. The 'www' is just a link to public_html. Anything you change in public_html will show up if you view 'www', and vice-versa. The files are not stored twice.
  13. That account is inactive. The registered email address is the d............i@gmail.com one you listed, so that is where password reset emails will go. Reactivate your account using this script: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew Then try logging in or resetting your password again. Also, your account is on Stevie.
  14. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  15. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  16. No there is not. What are you storing that needs so much space? Also, most large files like videos and photos can be hosted elsewhere for free and linked to on your site.
  17. Your account was suspended for inactivity, probably because you did not log in to cPanel for 30 days. I've renewed it for you this time, but in the future you can renew an inactive account yourself by using this script: http://www.heliohost...t/scripts/renew
  18. Sure you can. Change your account's main domain back to exaclibur.heliohost.org using this script: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain Then, wait 24 hours for the changes to take effect.
  19. All domain changes take up to 24 hours to take effect. If you're on Johnny, it can sometimes take more than 24 hours if load is high. Wait the full 24 hours, then clear your cache and see if it works.
  20. "It ain't broke, don't fix it" comes to mind...especially since we have thousands of accounts and something will likely break. As for a reason to update, support for SNI would be nice so we don't need to get dedicated IPs for ssl. Pretty sure its 11.38+ that supports that.
  21. I'll assume you mean on Johnny... The admins aware of it and are working on it: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/17346-cpanel-license-expired/page__pid__97258#entry97258
  22. That domain is working fine. I see a directory listing. If you still see the Queued page, please clear your cache.
