This is in fact the same problem you hadon johnny. We did the same thing to Stevie. Are your databases all showing in phpmyadmin? If not, what databases are missing (post their names)?

We don't keep backups either, so there is nothing to restore. It's possible that krydos made one before our recent repairs, but generally we cannot restore lost databases for you.

Others have said this too. Drupal 8 is not supported. Older versions of drupal should work, but many report it frequently gives 500 errors if you're on Stevie because of our process limits. Your best bet will be to find a non-Drupal CMS. I'd recommend Joomla personally. Joomla 2.x runs on both of our servers, and 3.x will run on Johnny. Avoid WordPress since it tends to be prone to malware, which can lead to issues such as hacked accounts, spam, or Phishing. The issue with Drupal 8 is that it requires PHP 5.5, which we do not offer due to its lack of compatibility with older software (primarily those using legacy database functions).

It's working. There is no control panel or anything if you were expecting one. Upload jsp files. If you have a war file, upload it to your home folder and post here so krydos can deploy it for you.

Johnny is known for doing this on occasion. The DNS entries for it never got created for some reason. I just did something that should make it recreate them. Give it another 48 hours. If it still doesn't work, let me know and I'll escalate this for you.

Do you have any other index files like index.html? Do you have a default.php? Make sure index.php is the ONLY file with index or default in its name in the domains root folder.

Thunderbird is not compatible with secure mail on our server. The solution for secure mail issues in Thunderbird are to downgrade thunderbird to v31.7 or older, use unsecured connections, or get a different mail client.
