That account is permanently suspended for phishing. Because the cell phone is probably seen by us using its cell plan IP. Cell phones on a data plan can change IPs very frequently (every few minutes, or even seconds). Try seeing if you can put the device in airplane mode, then turn on the wifi while in airplane mode. Apple devices can do this, not sure about Android. This disables the cell network connection and forces the data to go over your wifi.

It did have a short burst of downtime around 10AM PDT: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ I got notifications on my phone for it, which means it was down for more than 2 minutes (my monitor reported 4m 56s). The server probably was busy with something like Apache restarting (which causes a short load and downtime spike like this).

You're actually blocked for failed IMAP logins. Did you change an email password recently and forget to update the password on a phone or mail client? Either way, you've been unblocked.

If you connect with FTP, you'll see them. Otherwise you need to go into the File Manager's options in cPanel and select "show hidden (dot) files". I'll escalate it to see if Krydos can fix this for you. Worst case is you can always delete your account and sign up again.

Check the .htaccess in the public_html folder and rename/delete if present. Also verify public_html has 750 permissions. Rename your index.php. If that doesn't help, let me know and I'll escalate.

To add to Krydos, we also only allow one account per person unless you ask for permission for a second. If you request permission and are approved, the account generally needs to be on a different server.

The mysqli extension broke on Johnny when we rebuilt apache earlier this week (it gave us trouble, mysqli, ASP.NET support, and a few other things are hosed). You'll need to use the old mysql for the time being (or move to Tommy where this works properly). The only way to make that work for now without rewriting or moving is to make a wrapper (basically a bunch of functions named mysqli_****() that just call the mysql_***() equivalent) and include that in your software. Ugly but it works.

The only suspension we send an email for is inactivity. For all other reasons, your site will simply show a suspended page. You can ask on the forums or by email what the reason is for your suspension. Many suspensions can be unsuspended if you ask and are willing/able to fix the issue. As for reasons for suspension, there's tons of them. Using too many resources (software too heavy for server, broken or abused software, etc.) and sending too many emails (limit's 50/day unless you request and are approved for more) are the most common reasons. Some other examples include (but are not limited to) having multiple accounts, malware infection, copyright infringement, hosting porn, or receiving an abuse or spam report for your account. There are a few that cannot be unsuspended. These are typically illegal things such as phishing, running a botnet, or fraud, and are rare unless you get hacked or have malware that grants a criminal access (e.g. a backdoor).

ASP.NET isn't enabled by default for accounts on Tommy. It has to be requested. This post can serve as the request. Escalating to have this enabled.

Yes, though you need to provide your own certificates on Johnny. Tommy on the other hand offers automatic SS, which means he generates, installs, and renews your certificates for you. I highly recommend Tommy if you're considering using SSL.

Try your main domain now. As for the addon domain, I don't have the ability to modify them. Try removing it, waiting 10 minutes, then re-adding it to force the records to recreate. -
