  1. That worked perfectly! Thanks a lot for all the assistance Krydos! I really appreciate it!
  2. I think the data on Stevie is reasonably safe, however nobody can access it right now. So probably nothing has been lost. However, according to this post it may be a while before access is restored. The administrator could probably try to make a new account on the Johnny server in the meantime. If they have a backup, even if it's old it might be preferable to having the site down. If they have no backups at all, then at least put up a "temporarily unavailable" message or something. To answer your question, right now the content itself cannot be moved, since it's unavailable, but the administrator can make an account on the Johnny sever and use the same URL if they want.
  3. Hello. The Stevie server crashed. See this thread for more information.
  4. Well, that's weird then. I have tried resetting the password multiple times but I'm still unable to login. Does it usually take some time to change the password? Maybe it needs more than "a minute or two" as mentioned on the reset password page. Something I noticed is that after I input the new password I get redirected to https://www.heliohost.org/reset/done/ which looks like a blank page on my end. In any case I'm at a loss of what can be done... I did notice though, the error doesn't say "invalid password" but rather "the login is invalid". I have looked that up and it seems I might be blocked by the server from logging in. Could you please check if I'm blocked (already happened once)? Thank you.
  5. Thanks for the prompt reply Krydos. Um, do you know if there's a password length limit (or a character restriction) in the Tommy server or something? I tried using a 128 character-long password for my cPanel just as I used to have on the Stevie server but I keep getting "the login is invalid" messages. It does look like my account registered properly though since my site isn't down anymore. I tried changing it to a new one or using a 32 character-long password but they still don't work. I also tried logging in using my email address but same thing happens. Help please?
  6. Hello everyone. After the Stevie crash I donated $2 to get access to the Tommy server. I have already received the invite, however, since I paid using a PayPal account that's not the same as my registered/desired email address I'd like to rectify that. The PayPal transaction id. is 81J770593Y717194L. If you need any further proof then please let me know! Now, I'd like the invite to be sent to the address: esteban --[a-t]-- autistici.orgAlso, I don't know if there would be any conflict using the same username/subdomain to register on the new server? My website used to be at cfcorporation.tk (the subdomain was cfcorporation.heliohost.com I think? I never really used it, instead used the .tk one), my cPanel login was upnor and well, this is my forum account. Please help me out if needed there as well. Thanks in advance.
  7. I have tested it again. Speeds seem to be normal now, and I was able to successfully send a test message using SMTP. Thank you both for fixing my issues!
  8. Hello Krydos, thanks for unblocking me (and thanks wolstech for escalating the issue); I'm now able to connect, although access is still slow and rather unstable. I assume it's now maybe a problem on my end? Although I have no problems accessing other websites, so I have no idea there. To explain further: yes, I can open my website now, however, it takes (comparatively to before this issue happened) a lot more time to load, and sometimes it simply seems to drop the connection with the "the connection was reset while the page was loading" message (or "The connection has timed out)". IMAP/SMTP access works at times, but mostly gives me errors such as: An error occurred sending mail: SMTP server stevie.heliohost.org is unknown. The server may be incorrectly configured. Please verify that your SMTP server settings are correct and try again. Login to server stevie.heliohost.org failed. Sending of message failed. The message could not be sent using SMTP server stevie.heliohost.org for unknown reason. Please verify that your SMTP server settings are correct and try again, or contact your network administrator. Additionally, verify that your firewall or antivirus program is not preventing Postbox from sending email. But I haven't changed anything (I don't have any firewall/anti-malware blocking my mail client either) and from what I can see the settings are correct. Unless HelioHost now uses different mail settings than before? But I don't think that's the problem. Traceroute does complete successfully now: Tracing route to cfcorporation.tk [216.218.192.170] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 39 ms 10 ms 11 ms /my localhost name/ [192.168.1.1] 2 21 ms 17 ms 27 ms 10.161.192.1 3 69 ms 24 ms 18 ms 10.3.22.50 4 35 ms 20 ms 135 ms 10.3.12.186 5 16 ms 19 ms 22 ms 192.168.202.22 6 66 ms 25 ms 288 ms 192.168.200.233 7 19 ms 16 ms 19 ms 192.168.202.2 8 89 ms 18 ms 131 ms 192.168.202.29 9 37 ms 38 ms 39 ms dite-dfo40-dfx011-002-bestelmex01.bestel.com.mx [200.57.2.209] 10 74 ms 86 ms 73 ms 10gigabitethernet1-3.core1.atl1.he.net [198.32.132.75] 11 223 ms 164 ms 163 ms 100ge12-1.core1.dal1.he.net [184.105.81.170] 12 * 142 ms 139 ms 10ge9-1.core3.fmt2.he.net [72.52.92.153] 13 131 ms 148 ms 148 ms 10ge2-1.core1.fmt1.he.net [184.105.213.29] 14 131 ms 135 ms 134 ms 216.218.192.170 Trace complete. I'm baffled as to what the issue might be. If you need me to perform any other tests then please let me know. Thanks for all your assistance so far.
  9. Hello wolstech, I am using the Stevie server, that's why it seems strange to me that there has been such an extended downtime. I should have mentioned that in the first post, my bad. Here's the details of my account: Username: upnor Server: Stevie cfcorporation.tk
  10. Hello everyone. Two days ago my website cfcorporation.tk became un-accessible to me. I have tried to access it using proxy servers/VPNs with varying degrees of success. Those that are nearer to my actual location usually don't load it. (Mexico City) isup.me shows that it's a problem on my side (apparently), but I have tried pretty much everything I have thought of and I still cannot access my site (or cPanel). The whole HelioNet/HelioHost network (forums and website) are also rather slow (this slow down is only present in these websites). I tried to log in on to cPanel via the main HelioHost website but likewise it never loads (until it ultimately shows the "taking too long to respond" message). I performed a traceroute: Tracing route to cfcorporation.tk [216.218.192.170] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 6 ms 9 ms 10 ms /my local hostname/ [192.168.1.1] 2 58 ms 19 ms 130 ms 10.161.192.1 3 13 ms 23 ms 14 ms 10.3.22.50 4 71 ms 24 ms 124 ms 10.3.12.186 5 16 ms 21 ms 18 ms 192.168.202.22 6 45 ms 16 ms 30 ms 192.168.200.233 7 30 ms 22 ms 16 ms 192.168.202.2 8 20 ms 19 ms 18 ms 192.168.202.29 9 123 ms 125 ms 43 ms dite-dfo40-dfx011-002-bestelmex01.bestel.com.mx [200.57.2.209] 10 70 ms 73 ms 69 ms 10gigabitethernet1-3.core1.atl1.he.net [198.32.132.75] 11 203 ms 158 ms 175 ms 100ge12-1.core1.dal1.he.net [184.105.81.170] 12 133 ms 142 ms 149 ms 10ge9-1.core3.fmt2.he.net [72.52.92.153] 13 159 ms 137 ms 146 ms 10ge2-1.core1.fmt1.he.net [184.105.213.29] 14 * * * Request timed out. 15 * * * Request timed out. 16 * * * Request timed out. 17 * * * Request timed out. 18 * * * Request timed out. 19 * * * Request timed out. 20 * * * Request timed out. 21 * * * Request timed out. 22 * * * Request timed out. 23 * * * Request timed out. 24 * * * Request timed out. 25 * * * Request timed out. 26 * * * Request timed out. 27 * * * Request timed out. 28 * * * Request timed out. 29 * * * Request timed out. 30 * * * Request timed out. Trace complete. It seems it stops at Hurricane Electric for some reason... Other things I've tried include changing my DNS resolver on my computer (not on the website since the records show they're correctly configured and besides I can't even enter cPanel), restarting my computer, using a different computer to access my website, using a different OS, flushing the system's DNS cache, rebooting my router, rebooting my modem and using a different browser. Nothing of the aforementioned worked. IMAP access to the server is nonfunctional as well. Please help. Thanks a lot in advance.
  11. Username: upnor Server: Stevie cfcorporation.tk Hello everyone. Today while I was updating my website (cfcorporation.tk / hosted on Stevie server) I decided to disable the FrontPage extensions that were enabled (by default I suppose?) according to advice posted on the cPanel blog (https://blog.cpanel....anel-whm-11-44/), but it seems that it removed more than that (yes, I am aware it also removes the .htaccess files). Sometime later I found out that I was unable to access my email account via IMAP as I used to. So I log onto cPanel to open it via web mail and I see that all email accounts have disappeared! I try to re-create it, but this message appears: File open for /home/upnor/etc/cfcorporation.tk/passwd failed with error No such file or directory Then I check the folder structure using the file manager, and yes, there's no /etc or /temp folder! And the /mail folder has far less files than it used to... The default email account shows this: [an error occurred while processing this directive] [an error occurred while processing this directive] 0 bytes I searched for solutions but it seems that unless I had a full backup (as in not just the website content --which I have--, but entire account structure) or access to SSH (to run chown in a new /etc folder) only the host provider can help... ...So, help please? Thanks a lot! Fixed it myself by looking at the error logs and creating whatever files/folders were missing. No thanks to you guys!
