  1. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  2. This is not supported. I'll escalate it, but I'm not sure if we can actually support this or not. I won't be surprised if it's intentionally disabled for load reasons or the like.
  3. Pick a different username for the database user.
  4. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  5. Delete the user beebedl_admin and recreate it. I'll escalate this so Krydos can fix the unknown database issue for you.
  6. Try changing your cPanel password, then logging out and back in. PhpMyAdmin works fine for me. As for database restoration, the 0MB size is normal. All mine are 0, but definitely have data. Once you get into PHPMyAdmin, what are the names of the databases? Are any missing from PhpMyAdmin but still listed in cPanel?
  7. MySQL is working fine. Did you change your cPanel password?
  8. The databases are probably invisible. What's the name of the database?

  16. Krydos or Byron needs to fix it. I'll escalate it so krydos sees it.
  17. Your password for appload has been manually reset and sent to the email address on file for the account appload. Please log into your appload account using the password in that email, then back up your files, databases, and any other data you may want. When you're done, post here and I'll remove the appload account.

  20. That site is working fine for me. You're blocked by the firewall most likely. An admin can check and unblock you if needed.
  21. That's odd. Normally changing the cPanel password should fix PHPMyAdmin. Escalating.

  24. The first step is to change your cPanel password. Do that here: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/passwd/index.html After that, check to see which databases are visible in phpmyadmin. If any of your databases are missing, post a list of the ones that aren't visible so Krydos can restore them for you. Once they're restored (or if they're already visible), go here: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/index.html and delete and recreate your database users. Be sure to use the database password found in your software's configuration file (for WordPress, it's wp-config.php). Then reassign each user to its databases. If you don't know what privileges to grant, select "All privileges".
  25. No we can't, because we don't have one either. If you deleted the databases as it sounds like you may have, you need to rebuild your site from scratch. You were only supposed to delete the database users, not the databases. If you didn't delete it but its missing, let me know the name of the database so it can be reassigned to you.
