This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

The original poster's account exists, so it was created. @ICT6Ha: What is the username, email, and domain you tried to sign up with? Also, do you have another account?
-
We don't support InnoDB due to data corruption from a crash last year. The SQL scripts in the installer for Drupal and the database backup you want to import will need a find and replace done on the CREATE TABLE statements to change ENGINE=InnoDB to ENGINE=MyISAM See http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/18875-stevie-mysql-common-questions-and-problems/ for details.
-
Change your account's main domain with this script to the domain at issue, then update the DNS at your registrar. Once the registrar updates, change your main domain back to what it was originally, then add the add-on domain.

[Solved] A Database That Is There But Isn't
wolstech replied to Gamegoofs2's topic in Escalated Requests
What's the database name? An admin needs to drop it for you. -
I don't have the ability to remove domains or files from an account. Seeng you can't log in, do you want me to reset your password so you can log in again? Or would you like me to just delete your account entirely?
-
That's because the MySQL server doesn't support innodb due to damage. You'll need to modify the installer to use myisam tables instead. If you can't figure out how, ask the developer.

[Solved] A Database That Is There But Isn't
wolstech replied to Gamegoofs2's topic in Escalated Requests
Give it some time, they can take a little while (I've had to wait an hour or so once) to show up in the database list for some reason. Also, is it showing in PHPMyAdmin? If it shows up there but not in cPanel, an admin may need to drop it for you so you can recreate it. -
[Solved] Suspended: Mathioud
wolstech replied to Predator121's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
It was for high load, so yeah, I'd also guess its caused by the proxy. You've been unsuspended. -
You were suspended for 4 cron jobs. The limit is 2 per day. Your account has been unsuspended.
-
Change your cpanel password here: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/passwd/index.html When you change it, make sure there's is a check in the "allow MySQL password change" box. After that, log out then in again, and see if it works.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

Are you able to access your website when this happens? If not, the firewall is blocking you. This usually won't clear on its own and an admin needs to unblock you. If so (even if it's an internal server error), it's possible an overeager mail client is causing you to hit the process limit. IMAP runs a process in your account when you check mail. We cap the number of processes you can have open at one time. When you exceed the cap, the process can't start and the mail check fails (same goes for other services too...websites show an internal server error because PHP can't run, etc.). The processes close themselves after a while and it starts working again. Try checking your mail less frequently.

We generally do not provide support in languages other than English, so it is unlikely you will get a response from others. I think you're asking about how to change Rosario into Spanish...you'd need to ask the developer, as we don't support that software.
-
Your ISP probably cached the page then. If you can, try another network connection like a cell phone data plan. If it works, its your ISP or PC. If not, we can try a few things or escalate this.
-
Please clear your cache, that site is working. Be aware though that your domain is blocked by 3 different antivirus programs and by Google Chrome's built-in protections. I didn't find/get malware surfing your site, but Avast, Sophos and Symantec Endpoint (Norton uses the same definitions, so that'd probably count too) all threw up warnings and blocked vejkt48.com as a malware domain. Google Chrome gives a scary red warning page when they visit. I'd go buy another domain.

I don't know for sure, but I'd bet this is not supported for security reasons. I'll move it to customer service, hopefully an admin will see it. If it doesn't see any replies by tomorrow, I'll escalate it for you.

This happens all the time. Did you create the database through phpmyadmin? If so, they will do that. They also can do that if they contain innodb tables and you try to drop them. There is no fix. If you want them removed, an admin can drop them for you.

When Wordpress malware popups up, it's usually best to reinstall Wordpress to be safe (or at the very least be sure everything is updated). That file got put there somehow, and unless you fix the vulnerability that got used to infect you originally, the attacker can just reupload it. Wordpress is notorious for its security holes. Third party plugins and "free" themes from dubious websites are infamous for containing malware/backdoors. I'd recommend removing any dubious themes/plugins and making sure Wordpress itself and any reputable plugins/themes you use are up to date.

You need to install a certificate in cpanel. You can use a self signed one that you generate in cpanel, or one obtained from a certificate authority like startssl. Do note that if you use a self signed one, your visitor's browsers will display a security warning saying theres a problem with the certificate when they open your site.

You won't be able to reuse the username or domains, it'll say they're taken if you try them. Not sure on the email.

That is odd. Looking at it, theres like 10 accounts created in the past 3 days that we suspended for this (most are obvious phishing attempts like " infocheckupdate.heliohost.org "). I guess it's possible we suspended yours by mistake while doing these (phishing suspensions are all manual). I'll escalate it, but krydos usually just says what we say when it comes to phishing...it can't be unsuspended. If you want, you're welcome to create a new account instead. Just let us know if you do so we can close this topic.
