  1. Thanks for using our VPS service. Your subscription has been canceled and you won't be charged again.
  2. Not currently. Eventually you will be able to add domains yourself. Done Yes, Plesk can generate and automatically renew Let's Encrypt certificates for all of your domains, but you can't do SSL until you fix your nameservers. You can use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org or you can use any external DNS provider with an A record pointed to 65.19.141.77.
  3. I really don't know what else to suggest. I've had quite a few people test https://webmail.groovetunez.tk/ and it works for everyone other than you.
  4. Maybe your router is blocking your website. Try using your phone to go to https://webmail.groovetunez.tk/ while disconnected from wifi.
  5. No, the service that we're using to convert crypto to USD doesn't support lightning address yet. You can see the the addresses that we have at https://heliohost.org/donate/ It is possible to add new crypto addresses if you want to ask about something else.

    VPS Ports

All 65535 ports are available to be opened or closed on a VPS.
  7. The best way to handle this is to install a Cloudflare origin certificate on Plesk, and then set Cloudflare mode to Full strict. You can read about it here https://developers.cloudflare.com/ssl/origin-configuration/ssl-modes/#full-strict If there is a valid SSL certificate installed in Plesk it will stop trying to install a new one. I think we'll have to delete your account, and recreate it to do that. No Plesk doesn't not require a subdomain to make an addon domain. The subdomain zalivar.infantex.com.mx has been removed. It sounds like Hestia didn't set www up as a ServerAlias properly. If it was a dns error you would get an error like "the server's ip address could not be found" when you tried to load it in a browser. Apache and Nginx show a default page when they don't have any record of where the domain's DocumentRoot is. For instance if you're using Apache it would look something like this: <VirtualHost 65.19.141.197:80> ServerName infantex.com.mx ServerAlias www.infantex.com.mx DocumentRoot /var/www/html/ </VirtualHost> In Hestia that ServerAlias part was probably missing. I'd have to log in to Hestia and mess around with it for a bit to figure out why.
  8. Alright, your SPF record has been fixed https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3ajurisconsult.mg&run=toolpage I forgot a period when I was typing it in by hand.
  9. I added you to the waitlist to create a new account. You can check your ETA by typing your email address into this page https://heliohost.org/eta/
  10. Do you have any virus protection, adblockers, or firewall on your computer? If so try disabling them.
  11. SPF and DKIM have been set up for jurisconsult.mg. Try sending an email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ and post the report here. This tool will let you know if your emails are set up correctly. Please send a real email without any private information included. If you send an email that just says "test" or something your spam score will be high. Also when you post the report link all of the contents of the email will be visible to anyone who clicks the link so don't include any private information in the email. If your score isn't perfect we can fix whatever other issues there may be.
  12. I created an email address called krydos@groovetunez.tk and logged in to it and didn't get any message about anything timing out. I sent an email from krydos@groovetunez.tk to an external mail provider and it worked, and I replied to that email and it arrived in krydos@groovetunez.tk inbox. Everything is working for me. I think the issue here is you aren't using the right link. Try logging in at webmail.groovetunez.tk not mail.groovetunez.tk.
  13. Since you're using Cloudflare you'll need to either turn off proxy mode so Let's Encrypt will work, or get your SSL certificate from Cloudflare.
  14. I renamed your broken .htaccess and put an index.html file at public_html so https://groovetunez.tk/ and https://groovetunez.ga/ are working. Just delete that index.html file and upload your website. I also reissued your SSL certificate to cover webmail too so your webmail for both domains is working now. https://webmail.groovetunez.tk/ and https://webmail.groovetunez.ga/
  15. That's the correct IP address. You can delete cpanel, cpcalendars, cpcontacts, webdisk, and whm if you want. It doesn't really hurt anything if you leave them alone though. That's just left over garbage from cPanel.
  16. Thank you for the donation. Your storage has been increased to 2000 MB, and you've been sent an invitation email. Clicking the link in the email will allow you to move yourself to Plesk. Let us know if you have any issues, or if you need a domain added to Plesk or anything.
  17. We've updated https://heliohost.org to allow logins to Plesk. There have also been countless improvements under the hood to make the homepage faster and more secure. The main difference though is our main website is now running on PHP 8.0, but up until a few minutes ago was running on PHP 5.4 which lost active support almost 8 years ago. We have a lot more changes coming soon such as password resets, changing your main domain, upgrading your storage, deleting your account, load graphs, and a lot more through your new hosting dashboard. We've also made some massive improvements to our VPS signup process that should result in less confusion, and make things easier for VPS customers. We've also added a very basic VPS dashboard which is mostly just links to post your support requests on the forum, but eventually you will be able upgrade your VPS, reinstall your OS, set up reverse DNS, cancel your subscription, and a lot more through the website. Let us know what you think about the new functionality, and if you see anything broken please let us know. Thanks for being a part of the HelioHost community.
  18. Yes, if the domain is hosted on the server Plesk doesn't even bother looking at the MX records or anything and just sends it internally. You would have to make a temporary email address on a domain that isn't hosted on Plesk to make the email leave the server, and then you could forward from the temporary email back to an infantex.com.mx address. Couldn't you create the email address on Plesk and then have your gsuite log in to Plesk and download the emails? That seems easier.
  19. No, you're making progress. Check out the log now. 20. I still see this "Jul 15 05:06:11 tommy2 dmarc[87197]: 5E302402C20C: SPF record was not found in Authentication-Results". It doesn't like your SPF record. Maybe try setting your SPF to "v=spf1 ip4:65.19.141.197 +ip4:65.19.141.77 +ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::2002 include:_spf.google.com ~all"
  21. Yeah, copy/paste the Plesk data in. You can have multiple TXT records for DKIM if you send from your VPS, Google, and Plesk, etc. Each source needs it's own unique DKIM. I have no idea why MailGenius is saying that. I even looked at the report you linked and their own report shows the reverse DNS for tommy2.heliohost.org correctly.
  22. We're happy to announce that new account signups are beginning today. One year ago today without any warning we lost our cPanel licenses that we had been using for over 16 years. HelioHost has been through good times and bad, and the last year is definitely the worst we've experienced. We're coming back bigger and better than ever though. Starting today we will be sending out invites to create a new account on Plesk starting with our biggest donors over the last two years. You can check your ETA and check the current number of invites we are sending out each day at https://www.heliohost.org/eta/ If you're not on the list let us know and we can add you. We will be sending out only 1 invite per day for a few days to make sure everything is working, and then we will increase the number of invites each day as everything gets tested. A huge thanks goes out to all of our donors who have kept HelioHost alive through the last year.

In Plesk mail section enable DKIM and then copy/paste the TXT records they give you into Cloudlfare.
