  1. PHP is not designed to be backwards compatible between major versions, and even minor versions in some cases. If an application was written for 5.6, the likelihood it'll run on 7 or 8 is nearly zero. A 7.1 app may run on 7.2 or 7.3, but not always, and it's not likely to work on 8.x. This is the reason we offer so many versions of PHP. I still use tons of stuff that runs on 5.6 myself...
  2. It's not showing as blocked...
  3. That domain is now working.
  4. Please post the transaction ID here once you send the money and we can add the space for you You can donate through any of our normal paypal links, or you can tell paypal to send money to admin@heliohost.org.
  5. It can take up to 2 hours for a domain to work once you enable it in Plesk because Apache has to restart for the changes to take effect.
  6. Krydos can do this for you.
  7. Added.
  8. They can be underage if their parent is OK with it, or if they reside outside of the USA where COPPA does not apply (though a similar law may exist in their country). Many services do prohibit users under 13 specifically to avoid dealing with this, but our TOS does not for the moment (it probably should...). It does apply though to US under-13s though because its (extremely broad) definition includes an email address as PII, probably because it was written back in the day when email was somewhat new on the scene and they were usually linked to a person's identity...
  9. We can either replace the domain or add another, it's up to you. Just depends on whether you plan to keep using the old one or not. As for what we need, the only information we need is the name of the new domain. As long as you post from the forum account connected to the hosting account, or send us emails from the email address used to register the hosting account, the request can be processed without any additional verification.
  10. Unsuspended. Please fix it quickly. And no, the domain being wrong in WP should not cause this issue, except maybe if it were redirecting in an infinite loop (and you'd know if it was as your browser would throw an error to that effect).
  11. You're suspended because that Wordpress installation is way too heavy to run here. Elementor is notorious for making WP even more bloated than it already is. You may want to consider replacing WP entirely if you're unable to make it use fewer resources. High Wordpress load. 172.47 GB memory and 22917 CPU in 24 hours. To give an idea, you should aim to keep it under a cumulative 100GB memory and 10000 CPU units per day, yours was causing excessive load on both. Let us know when you're ready to fix the problem and we'll unsuspend you.
  12. You’re suspended for having two accounts. You’re only allowed one. Is this the one you want to keep?
  13. It's due to WordPress being configured incorrectly as a result of being moved. WP does not like being moved to another domain. Did you change the site URL in the wordpress settings after moving it? If not, you need to do so or it will keep redirecting to the wrong domain. You may also have to edit the value directly in the database in some cases depending on what you have installed if the site won't function.
  14. Some of these domains suggest you plan to host things that may violate our terms of service or cause excessive load, notably rapidleecher.eu.org (a tool usually used for downloading from file sharing sites and often used for piracy) and webproxy.eu.org (proxies are a leading cause of load suspensions). Also, keep in mind that there is a maximum of 10 domains per user, adding all of these will completely fill your account (main domain + 9 addons). Are you sure you want all of these, and can you explain how you will prevent these from causing excess load or being used for illegal activity?
  15. The site is working for me. Please clear your cache.
  16. Did you upload an index.html or index.php file? That 403 is normal when there is no index file present. Note that added domains have different document roots. That domain's root is the site1 folder, not httpdocs, so you need to put the content in site1 if you want it to appear on the elmagohd.com domain. I added an index.html to that folder for you and it works...
  17. Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to work. Please ensure DNS a is set up either by using NS records pointed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk.
  18. Escalating to Krydos so this can be troubleshot.
  19. Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to work. Please ensure DNS a is set up either by using NS records pointed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk. The MX for users hosted on Tommy is just tommy2.heliohost.org.
  20. Also, to give an idea what we saw, your account's load looked like this, hence the suspension...blew the top off the chart...
  21. Unsuspended. Please fix it quickly.
  22. That domain is being hosted on the VPS. If you want it hosted on Tommy instead, you'd need to request the domain be added to the Tommy account, and if using external DNS you also need to change the IPs to point to Tommy instead of the VPS. Then you need to move the files and any related databases to Tommy. Once everything is moved over, you would test that the site works and cancel the VPS. EDIT: That domain is already added to your tommy account, so you'd just need to move the content into the document root for that domain on your Tommy account, and update DNS.
  23. Your software was extremely resource intensive and was making the server unstable due to extremely high spike load. To give an idea, we suggest keeping CPU usage under a cumulative 10000 units per 24 hour period, you managed 7500 in less than half an hour... with spikes high enough that it was causing everyone else's account to slow down or not respond. Please let us know when you're ready to fix your script and I'll unsuspend you.
  24. Which account does he want back considering he has 3? It looks like he asked for worksforspinxo over in another topic, but he did not respond to my request for some form of proof there's 2 people. Also, if we do unsuspend the second account, please make sure these accounts are not used for crosshosting (spreading parts of a website across multiple accounts or sharing the content on two accounts between the websites, effectively using the accounts as if they were one to avoid resource limits) as doing so will get you suspended again.
