Are you using tommy.heliohost.org as the host name? For email you should use tommy.heliohost.org to configure remote mail apps. Do not use your domain as doing so will cause it to fail (error will usually be certificate common name incorrect or similar, because our mail server always returns a cert with the server host name on it).

The reason your domain doesn't work on your Tommy account is because the IP addresses in your external DNS are incorrect. The correct ones are shown in Plesk. To fix the issue, you need to correct DNS entries on your external DNS server, ensure the domains are enabled in Plesk, then wait 2 hours. The account michaelpyl is archived. It neither violates the TOS nor has any impact on your Tommy account. As long as you don't restore it, you're fine. If you do want to restore the Johnny account at some point, you'll need to delete your Tommy account first to avoid violating the TOS.

Can you try the Plesk file upload tool? Upload the entire site as a single zip file through Plesk then extract it. It's almost always faster than FTP, especially for long-distance users and sites with many files (you're showing as in central Europe, so other side of the world from us). If you're using a VPN, perhaps try an exit server in North America if that's an option?

Did you enable remote access in Plesk? You need to enable that first (it's in the properties of the database user). After that, use tommy.heliohost.org as the host name, and the database username and password you created in Plesk for the remote connection.

It's working for me. I see snow covered trees and an airplane at your main domain. Please clear your browser cache. If that doesn't help, try another internet connection (like cell phone on data plan). If it works then, your ISP is caching it and you just need to wait until their cache expires.

The last line of that error makes me think it is still looking for it in a relative folder. Also, when I tried to use the site, I got this error in app.py (which looking at the code, I don't see where csv_file is defined, so makes sense): NameError: name 'csv_file' is not defined, referer: http://myogenesis.net/ I don't really know enough about Flask or Python to fix this for you though.
