  1. Glad to hear its working for you. Let us know if you need anything else.
  2. I don't see anything wrong on our end, so I've sent you another link to reset your password. Please be aware that you should use only normal english characters and symbols in your password. Plesk does not support non-ASCII characters, accented characters, or spaces in passwords. It'll accept them when you change a password, but then the new password won't work.
  3. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
  4. Open basedir restrictions prevent your code from accessing files outside your home folder. That script is trying to import /autoload.php, which starting with a / means it wants to look in the root of the server where you aren't allowed to go. Deleting that leading / off of the file path to autoload.php on line 69 of the file shown will probably fix it assuming the file autoload.php exists in the same folder.
  5. Drupal is pretty heavy software. I want to say that Krydos was able to adjust something for another Tommy user who was seeing these, but not positive. Escalating... A gateway timeout is usually related to nginx not hearing from Apache quickly enough (Plesk servers have nginx running in front of apache as a reverse proxy to speed up service of static content).
  6. You were still suspended for inactivity on the server even though you renewed your account a week ago. Not sure why it didn't renew fully... I unsuspended you and also sent you a link to reset your password.
  7. If you're getting a 10/10 on mail tester, there really isn't anything more you can do beside try to tweak the content or find another mail provider to send from. Email from our servers (including our own invites and reminder emails) goes to spam on some providers (Gmail being the most notable). Gmail usually puts all mail from our IPs as spam if it delivers at all (though if you "not spam" it once or twice it'll start delivering for your account). Microsoft and Yahoo were delivering normally last I heard though sometimes they will temporarily reject our mail if someone sends spam or phishing from our servers. Protonmail delivers. Web.de and gmx are rejecting our mail entirely (never even makes it to spam, they just discard it without delivering). Had a user 2 weeks ago get bit by that.. It's because our servers are also used to send phishing and spam. We ban abusive users like these when we find out about them, but unfortunately in a lot of cases we only find out about them because they sent their junk and someone reported it.
  8. Please check the email address associated with your account for a link to reset your password.
  9. The forum does not keep edit history, but I can find your account by your email address anyway. Yeah that's about right for Tommy's Plesk, but the websites themselves should perform better than the control panel does. It's a capacity issue...it was the major reason we had to move a bunch of people to Johnny instead of Tommy when we did the migrations for old users, and one of the reasons why we no longer offer free accounts on Tommy. For logging in, there's no need to use port 8443. You can log in at https://heliohost.org/login/ or just https://tommy2.heliohost.org/ and it will work just as well. You cannot request the DNS resolver be disabled as it would break the server and is widely used by other accounts as well as Plesk itself. If you meant the name server that's built into plesk, that's already disabled. For caching and the like, you'd need to request something specific and Krydos would need to decide on it and make the changes if approved.
  10. When I pointed the DNS issue out the other day, the main A record was simply incorrect. It looks like Krydos moved the account to .77 instead of just updating the A record to match everything else that was already set to the other IP. Escalating again...
  11. Your domain has been changed to https://ojplanet.helioho.st It may take up to 2 hours to start working.
  12. I just read on the discord support that the country the .ga TLD belongs to has decided to no longer partner with freenom. All .ga domains have been cancelled as a result. You'll need to get a new domain.
  13. That's a freenom issue. They aren't returning any name servers when I query that domain, it doesn't matter what name servers are being used if none are returned. https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=ojplanet.ga&rec=NS should show the name servers you have set. It's returning nothing at all.
  14. It's a DNS issue. The name server is returning the .77 address but the account is actually on 64.62.151.106... Krydos has to fix this as I'm not sure why this would suddenly change.
  15. Please check your email for a Tommy invite (it may be in spam). And yes, Node.js is supported on Tommy
  16. We just need the transaction number for the donation. Also, to move you we need to delete your account and the ~250MB data in it (it won't carry to the new account, you will need to upload it again). Are you OK with that?
  17. Nope. That was how it worked before we switched to Plesk. The wiki is badly outdated and much of it is inaccurate. It was written back in the day when we ran cpanel, as as a result is based on our old servers. Our Plesk service supports PHP, Python, Flask, Django, node.js (Tommy only), and Ruby on Rails. Java is on the to do list, but due to the amount of resources it uses and the time/development needed for it, it hasn't been implemented again.
  18. Escalating to Krydos to have this cleaned up. Also, please do not post your text in gray with black background. It's extremely difficult to read and I keep having to edit your posts to read them.
  19. Please check your email for a link to reset your password. Also, your account currently has no working domains. Do you need your domain changed as well?
  20. That's not automatic. We have to delete your account and invite you to Tommy to move you. Do you have the donation's transaction information? Also, be aware we haven't offered Java since 2021 when cPanel died. It's on the to do list to be reimplemented but there is no ETA for that feature at the moment. It is one of the most requested though...
  21. We haven't offered Java service since 2021. Reimplementing it is on our to do list but there is no ETA as to when that feature will be offered again.
