  2. Added. It may take up to 2 hours to start working.
  3. You were on Johnny. The old cPanel Johnny was compromised and the accounts turned into phishing sites, so we didn't offer data migrations for those users. That said, you still should have received an invite for a new Johnny account. An invite for a Johnny account has been sent to you It will likely be in your spam folder (gmail nearly always marks our email as spam until you "Not spam" them a few times).
  4. Added. You'll need to configure DNS for the domain to work. You can do this by either: Setting name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Using external DNS and setting an A record pointed to 65.19.141.77 and an AAAA record pointed to 2001:470:1:1ee::2002 The domain may take up to 2 hours to work.
  5. Registration opens at midnight UTC every day and fills quickly, sometimes within seconds. If you tried last night, you didn't get a slot. Only a few accounts are allowed to be created each day for free. I don't see a partial registration in there for you, so you'll need to try again tonight. as an alternative, you can also donate at least one dollar and you'll receive an email that you can use to register regardless of what time it is. If you don't receive the email for that I can always resend a donor invite.
  6. I don't see that email address anywhere in our system... were you trying to sign up or trying to log into an existing account?
  7. I believe it does as I remember someone else asking for one to be set up at one point. I'm fairly certain wildcard domains won't support SSL without manually creating and upload certificates though. Plesk cannot request wildcard certificates on our servers since it requires DNS validation and our DNS servers aren't connected to Plesk.
  8. That message is incorrect. I just looked in the backend and can confirm it was a cPanel Johnny account. We deleted the user accounts on that server instead of transferring them because the server was compromised and the accounts were being used for phishing. Since you already have another account anyway, if this account did exist, you'd be violating the TOS instead (users are only allowed one account, which you already have as cvary611 on Tommy). The same email address that belonged to xlory061 is now attached to cvary611 on Tommy, so cvary611 is your account. The account xlory061 does not exist, cannot be recovered, and cannot be recreated.
  9. The account xlory061 does not exist. EDIT: Looking at the logs, it appears it was an old cPanel Johnny account that was deleted due to the server being compromised. Since you appear to already have a Tommy account under cvary611 you're not eligible to create a new Johnny account (users are only allowed one account).
  10. Domains added. Please create A record pointed to 65.19.141.67 and AAA pointed to 2001:470:1:1ee::2009, or set name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org The domains may take up to 2 hours to start working.
  11. Just wait until Krydos fixes it. I'm not sure how to go about doing so, otherwise I'd do it for you. (I think I could just remove it from Plesk and try to unarchive it again, but not sure so don't want to break it).
  12. That account wasn't moved, it was deleted because it was on cPanel Johnny, which was compromised and all of the accounts were turned into phishing sites. An invite for a new account has been sent to you. Please check your email. Note that gmail sometimes delivers the invite to spam, so be sure to check in there if you can't find it.
  13. Looks like you tried and it failed because its half-unarchived in Plesk and failed according to the logs. Shows in Plesk as suspended with no hosting. My attempts to unarchive it gave a "taking way too long" on the user page, and the admin tools unarchive button simply did nothing when clicked. Krydos will need to fix it.
  14. Yes. https://helionet.org/index/topic/53857-django-and-flask-on-plesk/
  15. Invite sent. Please let us know when the account is created so the domains can be added.
  16. Escalating. I'd do this, but not sure what the easiest way is to reset an account without just outright deleting it (if there even is one)...we usually just delete it entirely and give you a link to sign up again. I suppose I just could drop the databases and delete the contents of your home folder, but that's not really resetting the account as it won't change modified settings back or the like...
  17. Ricky has not been rebuilt with Plesk and is in the process of being decommissioned. The only servers that are available at the moment are Johnny and Tommy, and Tommy requires a donation.
  18. Nope. Krydos has to set that up for you. What is the name of the database user (I see the database posted above)?
  19. To reset an account, we just delete it and reinvite you. Are you sure you want me to delete your account and send you an invite? As for domains, they need to be added after the reset. Also, do you really need all 4 of these plus a main domain? The number of domains configured on the server is the determining factor when it comes to the server's capacity these days. The servers have the CPU/RAM/Disk Space, the more domains we set up for people, the slower the server gets. Too many domains is actually the reason Tommy didn't fit everybody when we did the migrations and we had to put a bunch of people on Johnny.
  20. Added. You'll need to add an A record pointed to 65.19.141.67 and AAAA to 2001:470:1:1ee::2009 or set name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org for it to resolve. The domain may take up to 2 hours to start working.
  21. Sure. PM me the email address and I'll try sending it there.
  22. The link expires after 7 days. I've sent you another one.
  23. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
