Can you please investigate the issue and unsuspend my account? Added Text: I think the account is suspended automatically because of having two accounts in free server. The accounts I have are- 1. msbsurfi (My personal hobby account) 2. hhfn (I manage it for a non-profit organization named "Helping Hand For Needy") Previously both accounts were created on Johnny server with prior permission from Heliohost administration. So these accounts were excluded from the automatic suspension. But later "hhfn" was moved to Morty as Tommy and Johnny was having some issues (Probably the mail server was attacked) and the exclusion rule was removed. Yesterday "hhfn" gets back to Tommy again and I get two accounts on same free server. So please address the fact why there is more than one account and I request an unsuspension. I can not change the password of heliohost dashboard with username: dmcrac After clicking on the link from forget password email, I enter new password and press next which produce a 500 error message (heliohost.org/reset/vps/) Also I need to change the SSH password.

1. 500 is ok for now I think, during bulk mail sending (update to members) I'll require 200 mails to be sent within a minute. So hourly 500 mails and daily 1000 mails will be far more safe though during normal days total mail count will be within 10-20. 2. Submission of forms mentioned before. 3. This mail is used to send regular updates to our members who registered themselves via https://hhfn.org.bd/membership/ Also people get confirmation mails when they fill this form: https://hhfn.org.bd/fund-request/ Also there is a good amount of options in admin panel which uses this mail address to continuously notify admins, mail triggered by their activities.
