  1. Resent. Keep in mind that some mail providers don't accept mail from us. If you don't receive the replacement invite and it's not in spam, web.de is likely one of them.
  2. That script is obsolete and hasn't worked in 2 years (it died in 2021 with cPanel). It also doesn't apply to VPSes anyway. We don't provide DNS service (beyond the vps##.heliohost.us domain) or mail service for VPS customers, you're supposed to install that stuff on your VPS or use external services for those. We do provide mail and DNS for Plesk shared hosting, but without knowing your account info and the domain its difficult to troubleshoot or set this up. Do you have an actual VPS or are you on Plesk shared hosting and mistakenly calling it a VPS? If you have a VPS, what VPS number? If shared hosting, what username and server? What domain are you trying to point to your account?
  3. Because the IP is wrong on our name servers. Your domain is set up with Johnny's IP, but the account itself is on Tommy. The domain is pointed to the wrong server. Krydos will need to fix it.
  4. Space added for the first transaction. I can't verify the second one. Was this through GoFundMe, and if so did you uncheck the box for "share information with the charity"? It's not showing in Paypal and GFM only shows a few anonymous donations from today (which won't receive the gifts since they're anonymous).
  5. Yes it can be reinstalled. If it's just SSH that's broken though Krydos can often fix that, it's not uncommon for things to happen such as firewalling yourself out. Escalating to Krydos.

  8. Added. You'll need to set an A record pointed to 65.19.141.67 and AAAA pointed to 2001:470:1:1ee::2009 or change your name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. The domain may take up to two hours to start working.
  9. Changed. It may take up to 2 hours to take effect.

  12. Since you're using Cloudflare I've added this for you (I don't know how K normally does the DNS half of these, but it doesn't matter since you're using CF anyway). Please make sure you add an A record pointed to 65.19.141.67 and an AAAA record pointed to 2001:470:1:1ee::2009. If you want to use email, also create an MX pointed to johnny.heliohost.org, a CNAME called webmail pointed to emo.icu (if you want webmail), and an SPF record if you plan to send email. The domain may take up to 2 hours to work.

  14. You can't actually add a domain to Plesk yourself because the required DNS integration hasn't been developed. To add a domain: Request the domain be added by posting over in customer service. You can't add a domain in Plesk yourself. Change the domain's name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or add appropriate DNS records pointed to the IP addresses shown on the new domain in Plesk. Wait until DNS propagates (most people usually see the updated DNS within an hour, but it can take up to 48 hours in some cases) and Apache restarts (up to 2 hours).
  15. PHP errors are logged in error_log in the logs folder in your home folder. That said, when an application produces a 500 error after being moved from another host, the first thing to check is usually the database settings, so I just looked there and immediately found an issue.
  16. What do you need help with?
  17. Your database settings for the app in env.php are invalid or not supported. I renamed the app/env.php to env.php.out and it now seems to start and want to install. I don't believe we allow connections on port 3307 either, so that remote database likely isn't going to work even if the credentials are right.
  18. Changed. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  19. You're on Johnny's login screen but have a tommy account. Tommy users should log in using one of these addresses: https://heliohost.org/login/ https://tommy2.heliohost.org/
  20. 1. Support case. 2. That's fine. Just set an A record pointed to the server's IP. Johnny users are 65.19.141.67 and Tommy users are 65.19.141.77. You'll also want to create SPF and MX records if you plan to use email. 3. Yes. MySql/mariaDB allows remote access, you're given the option option enable it when you create the user for the database. Postgres can do remote access as well, but Krydos has to set it up for each individual database and user if they want it. 4. N/A since remote access is supported. 5. I believe there's an option for task scheduling in Plesk for this (can't look at the moment, on mobile). Keep in mind that historically cron has been limited to 2 executions per day, though that limit is currently relaxed. Overuse of cron may cause a load suspension. If enough people abuse it, the limit may be enforced again.
  21. To my knowledge we don't intentionally block this, so it may just be a limitation of Plesk's Python implementation... Krydos would be the one to know if this can be made to work.
  22. An invite to create a fresh account has been sent to you.
