Hi all! First I'd like to thank you all for the great quality of your service. Coming to the point...I already have a site at http://x.heliohost.org (example name). How do I change it to something else such as http://y.heliohost.org? I'm on the free hosting account and already tried this page: http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain It said the changes will be reflected in 48 hours but more than 48 hours have passed and I still have my old domain name. My question is how do I get it to correctly work? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello Admin, I want to use my domain name registered with godaddy.com with my account. My domain name is www.pcgonecrazy.com. I have already made the following changes where pointing the nameservers to the following: ns1.heliohost.org ns1.heliohost.org I have read somewhere that I need to go to the parked domains and add my domain there. When I enter the domain name (www.pcgonecrazy.com or pcgonecrazy.com) in the "Create a New Parked Domain name" and hit "Add domain". i am getting the following error message: "There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details You cannot park your main domain!" My username with heliohost is pccrazy. pcgonecrazy.heliohost.org. Any help will be appreciated... Thank you!!

hi, i have just registered with helioshost.org. I have pointed the nameserver to NS1.heliohost.org and NS2.heliohost.org on my domain name registrar. How and where do i change the settings at cpanle heliohost to make use of my domain instead of x.heliohost.org. Please help, thank you.

Hi, I see from other posts the domain name change script doesn't always work. I've tried several times over the past few weeks with no luck so could someone change it manually for me please?
