Unfortunately, I didnt know same rule applies even to donated accounts: Username of suspended account (donated): roxanne Username of active account (free): xdwolf I would like to respectfully request the following: Reopen the suspended roxanne account (I donated for this account and would prefer to continue using it). Disable/delete the xdwolf account to comply with your one-account-per-user rule. If possible, please move my current domain niraj-stha.com.np from xdwolf to roxanne. Hi, I had not realized that there was a cap on how many accounts you could have for HelioHost. If possible, it would be really helpful if you would be able to unsuspend just the account associated with my email address provided (username:mtowner). Sorry again!

The login page stated that either the username or password is incorrect. When I checked the HelioHost website directly, I saw that my account has been suspended. I am unsure of the reason for this suspension, but I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to regain access, even temporarily.
