  1. That's a generic 500 error for a broken ASP.NET application. Something is wrong with whatever software you have installed. Follow the instructions it gives for enabling details so you can get the actual error message. After that, you'll need to troubleshoot your software. If you're developing the program yourself, make sure you're targeting .NET 3.5 when building it. Also, posting your cpanel username and a link to the broken site would be helpful.
  2. Seeing that you're on Johnny, I wouldn't be surprised if it is due to high load, especially if it comes and goes randomly. The following are common causes of these errors:
  3. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org

  5. That account was suspended for phishing and cannot be unsuspended.
  6. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  7. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. Note that this is your second suspension for high load. A third may be permanent. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  8. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  9. The 'www' is just a link to public_html. Anything you change in public_html will show up if you view 'www', and vice-versa. The files are not stored twice.
  10. You're welcome Glad to hear it's working.
  11. That account is inactive. The registered email address is the d............i@gmail.com one you listed, so that is where password reset emails will go. Reactivate your account using this script: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew Then try logging in or resetting your password again. Also, your account is on Stevie.

  14. No there is not. What are you storing that needs so much space? Also, most large files like videos and photos can be hosted elsewhere for free and linked to on your site.
  15. Your account was suspended for inactivity, probably because you did not log in to cPanel for 30 days. I've renewed it for you this time, but in the future you can renew an inactive account yourself by using this script: http://www.heliohost...t/scripts/renew
  16. Sure you can. Change your account's main domain back to exaclibur.heliohost.org using this script: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain Then, wait 24 hours for the changes to take effect.
  17. All domain changes take up to 24 hours to take effect. If you're on Johnny, it can sometimes take more than 24 hours if load is high. Wait the full 24 hours, then clear your cache and see if it works.
  18. "It ain't broke, don't fix it" comes to mind...especially since we have thousands of accounts and something will likely break. As for a reason to update, support for SNI would be nice so we don't need to get dedicated IPs for ssl. Pretty sure its 11.38+ that supports that.
  19. I'll assume you mean on Johnny... The admins aware of it and are working on it: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/17346-cpanel-license-expired/page__pid__97258#entry97258
  20. That domain is working fine. I see a directory listing. If you still see the Queued page, please clear your cache.
  21. As lancersupraskyline said, you can host pretty much any script you want, so long as it doesn't cause a lot of load on the server and complies with the TOS. If you're concerned about being suspended, the most common reasons are for inactivity, causing high load, sending too many emails (there's a limit of about 50/day), or using cron too much (limited to 2 runs/day). There's no age limit.
  22. Why not? For a bunch of reasons, the biggest being players...I've had people playing on 51990 (and its sister 51991) for a while now, and telling people to reconfigure their game when you don't even have contact info for most of them is challenging/impossible. More than likely they'd just go find a different server. Also, my ISP blocks all the common ports, so I can't host the server on ports like 21, 25, 80, 443, or 8080 that are likely to be open outbound here anyway. Speaking of which...is there a list of outbound ports that do work here so I know where to put future servers if I need to be able to see them from Stevie?
  23. That domain is working fine. If you still see the queued page, please clear your cache.
  24. Their choice of "ads" is interesting, since they often seem to promote fake security scans, malicious Firefox updates, pyramid and get-rich-quick schemes, and similar dubious content.
