  1. GENERAL INFORMATION Current Usercyclicgm Primary Domainaulas.heliohost.org Home Directory/home/cyclicgm Hi guys, First of all, thank you for letting me use your services. I've transfered my domain 'professorparticular.info' (http://aulas.heliohost.org/professorparticular.info) to heliohost. I already set it to Cloudflare pointing my dns to them. As I got to my homepage I got a heliohost information asking to renew the account. I clicked on the button. Please let me know if there's something else I have to do to make my account active and renewed. Thanks, once again
  2. I was a HelioHost user previously until 8 months ago I temporarily lost my domain. I've just re-acquired it and am trying to come back. My site was on Johnny formerly, I would rather it be on Stevie. I followed the last email link I received from 7/2015 to reactivate my account, but the account has been deleted completely. Since I could not get in, I decided to create a new account on Stevie from scratch. An email came saying the account had been created, but 6 minutes later I received an error message in my inbox:A DNS entry for “michaelstcyr.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. The trouble is, my previous account username capnpip is not recognized in the system, so cannot access it in order to remove the DNS entry. When I created the new account this morning it allowed me to use the same username since it no longer exists. Is it possible for someone on your end to purge michaelstcyr.com from the DNS cluster so that I can get my account setup? Any assistance appreciated.
  3. Hello. I registred new domain Thursday 27/8. I got a "no-reply" mail 28/8 telling me, my domain here made, and i was to wait up to 48 h to allow site to be created. Today 31/8 i was trying to login... Found cpanel (in no-reply mail) and entered my username and password. "Login successful - Redirecting" Next page - i assume to be cpanel - isnt working. Look at attached file. Virus warning, login successful - but not working - Im not really a happy puppie at this momet in time. (sorry if i'm not using good English - its not my native language (obiously).
  4. I received an email saying my account was installed and added to the creation queue, but when I check my status, I get a message saying "Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active. If you're seeing an "Account Queued" page, please wait an additional 24 hours. If you aren't seeing anything, please refresh your browser's cache". I have refreshed my cache but I am getting the same message. Please advise.
  5. I made a payment for STEVIE SSL server but cannot create an account as the maximum amount of signup has exeeded. Why would that be when I just made a $12.00 payment?
  6. Registered for a new account on Wenesday, November 21. Got back an email telling me my control panel URL (the URL is in the heliohost.org domain) and a URL for the creation queue. Also, standard text about up to 24 hours being I can log in, 48 hours before the website if available. I checked the creation queue and it said that by November 23, all should be good (account and website). It is now Monday November 26, well past the 48 hour period. The queue URL now tells me Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active. My control panel URL doesn't exist (no server found). I tried logging into cpanel on the HelioHost home page and got We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database. Using the correct username (which was specified in the original email I got confirming that I registered). What happened to my account? Did something happen or could it be taking this long to be created? I couldn't find anything on the wiki or the forums and the URL to the FAQ does't exist (can't find the 'www.cl58services.co.cc' server).
  7. Hello, i have created a new account on Stevie on Tuesday. i still can't seem to login to my control panel and whenever i try accessing my webpage i see that it is still parked on GoDaddy.com. my domain is elbaz.me Thanks, Shimon.
  8. Hi Members, I'm trying to sign-up for a new account on the "Johnny" server but an error message keeps coming back saying, "We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later". I checked the server status for "Johnny" and it is up and running ok (as of this writing). I've tried several times to sign-up with no luck. Any ideas what the hang-up could be? Thanks for your time. Hi Members, I just read on Heliohost's home page that as of July 27, 2012, Cody is undergoing a major software upgrade that could affect new account sign-up. Please read the notice below. Thank you. Starting on July 27th at about 15:00 UTC or 08:00 PDT, the Cody server will be undergoing some major software upgrades in order to increase stability of the entire Heliohost server cluster. Cody is the server that houses our homepage heliohost.org, our forums helionet.org, and our wiki wiki.helionet.org as well as one of our two nameservers, and the central account database. While every attempt will be made to keep all services online during the upgrade, there will undoubtedly be higher load than usual and some service interruption may be inevitable. No user accounts will experience any downtime from this upgrade because user accounts aren't located on Cody, but new account creation may be temporarily suspended. If you normally login to your Heliohost account from our homepage it may be useful to know that you can also login athttp://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ or http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ depending on which server your account is located on. Also, if the support forums are slow or down due to the maintenance keep in mind that support is always available on our live chat channel. If there are any volunteer admin available to help you they will be glad to. Thanks for your patience during this major software upgrade. For further information or discussion please visit our forum. EDIT: One account is allowed per user unless permission for a second is granted by an admin.
  9. Hi, I created a new account on johnny a few days ago and received an email of confirmation. Extract from email: From: "no-reply@heliohost.org" <no-reply@heliohost.org> Sent: Friday, 13 July 2012, 0:26 Subject: Hosting Account Installed! Your hosting account at HelioHost has been added to the creation queue. Here is your account information: Username: phantom (note: case sensitive!) Domain: phantomtest.co.cc Control Panel URL: http://phantomtest.co.cc/cpanel My username no longer appears in the creation queue, but I am still not able to log into cpanel. I have tried to follow the instructions to reset my password, but even with the new password provided I still get an error message stating login invalid. Please could you tell me if I have done something wrong during setup? Or is this something you are able to fix. Thanks. G
