  1. I was a HelioHost user previously until 8 months ago I temporarily lost my domain. I've just re-acquired it and am trying to come back. My site was on Johnny formerly, I would rather it be on Stevie. I followed the last email link I received from 7/2015 to reactivate my account, but the account has been deleted completely. Since I could not get in, I decided to create a new account on Stevie from scratch. An email came saying the account had been created, but 6 minutes later I received an error message in my inbox:A DNS entry for “michaelstcyr.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. The trouble is, my previous account username capnpip is not recognized in the system, so cannot access it in order to remove the DNS entry. When I created the new account this morning it allowed me to use the same username since it no longer exists. Is it possible for someone on your end to purge michaelstcyr.com from the DNS cluster so that I can get my account setup? Any assistance appreciated.
