  1. Stevie is already rather fast, and no, there is no way to make the speeds any faster than they already are on either server. We don't artificially slow the servers down or anything. Johnny is often slow from the heavy load it has on it, and Stevie isn't really slow at all except when someone overuses its resources (and they'll get suspended for doing so). Everybody wants a faster server, but making it happen is not easy and possibly not cheap. If there was a way to do it, we probably would have done it already.
  2. Can you reconfigure your game server to use port 51990, and alter that code to do the same? 51990 should be open outbound on Stevie for Minecraft server communication. I run a server myself (although it could really use some help and players) and requested it for the same reason. If you use the same port number as me, we shouldn't need to open anything else (we frown upon opening ports unless absolutely necessary).
  3. If we could make the servers faster, we would. If you're on Johnny, I'm not surprised your site is slow. That server has many more users on it, is more lenient about resource use, and also offers extra services such as Java, which further increases load. It bogs down frequently due to heavy resource usage. If you're experiencing these issues on Stevie, your website may be the issue. If on Johnny, I'd suggest you move to Stevie if you don't need the extra features. I rarely if ever have much issue with speed on Stevie. Johnny on the other hand is down...a lot. As for getting a third server, there's a lot that goes into doing that (getting hardware, then setting up, co-locating it, and paying for its continuous operational expenses, among other things). As far as I know, there are no plans to do so.
  4. You're only allowed one account, so you can't create another. It sounds like you want to have a separate website on these domains that shows something other than what is on the livuniq.heliohost.org domain. If that's the case, un-park your domains in cpanel, then re-add them using add-on domains instead
  5. I'm pretty sure proc_open() is disabled for security reasons (the same goes for exec(), popen(), and the like). If that is the case, your extension is simply not supported. An admin can say for sure though.
  6. Your heliohost subdomain is livuniq.heliohost.org. The domain rehabsecurity.heliohost.org does not exist. Your paid-for domains are redirecting to this non-existent domain, and hence they don't work either. You need to do one of the following: Delete or edit the /home/jeret/public_html/.htaccess file that Krydos mentioned above, or change your main domain to rehabsecurity.heliohost.org (which will delete livuniq.heliohost.org and create rehabsecurity.heliohost.org).
  7. There's no account named volt in the system. Since you say you haven't used it in 4 or 5 months, odds are it was deleted due to inactivity. Also, f4.host-ed.me is not run by Heliohost. If your issues are with that domain, they need to be brought up with host-ed.me.
  8. Try again. It was showing as inactive yet again for some reason. I unsuspended it and changed your last login date to a few days ago (it was 1/5/14, hence the inactivity suspension). Let us know if it still doesn't work and we'll escalate this.

  12. Give it another day or two. Johnny accounts can be slow to get set up sometimes due to server load. If it's still not working after that, let us know and an admin can take a look at it.
  13. Unforunately, there is no way to get free SSL on heliohost. Our provider charges us for IP addresses, so we just pass the cost along. If we had the ability to offer them for free, we would.
  14. You were suspended for sending too many emails. The limit is about 50 mails per day. Your account has been unsuspended.
  15. Did you add the domain in cpanel? If not, add movecodeonline.tk as a parked domain, then wait 48 hours. Also, you may need to wait for the dns to propagate if you changed the nameservers. It's showing no records at all for the correct domain at the moment, and its just down if I view it.
  16. You need to set your nameservers to us before that domain will work. Right now, you're using dot.tk's NS, and there's also an A record for Cody's IP on there (that domain is actually redirecting to this forum as of now). To fix this, log onto dot.tk's website, edit your domain, and in the settings for the domain, choose "custom DNS" and enter ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in the two host boxes. Leave the IP address boxes blank. Save it, and wait several hours for the changes to propagate.   17. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  18. If you've removed the malware, you should be good. I can't verify though since I can't run the server's scanner. If it finds it again, you will know because you will get resuspended and an admin will need to delete the file.
  19. Reopened because this user PM'd me 9 days later... Once again, it's been suspended for malware. Please see the post above this one. You need to back your account up, then download the backup and run an antivirus scan on it. Delete any files that are indicated as being infected in your backup from your account. You have 24 hours from this post to back up your account and remove any malware. If it's not disinfected by then, it will be resuspended.
