  1. Someone checked our online catalog today and saw this message: Your account is located on the Stevie server. This server is offline, and we don't expect to get it running again anytime soon. We are working on getting access to Stevie's system so we can get users their files as soon as possible, but if the hard drives have failed you will have to use your most recent backup. We recommend creating a new account on Johnny or Tommy in the meantime. If you want to reuse your Stevie username, or any domains you had on your Stevie account please open a support ticket at Helionet.org. List the domains you want to use on your new account and an admin can free them up for you. We are sending an admin to our datacenter to work on the server as soon as possible. You can follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook for the latest news. If you need help with anything don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for your patience during this unexpected downtime. Where exactly would I find a most recent backup? How do you create a new account? How do I find out when my Heliohost contract expires? I can't log into my account at all - I keep getting invalid log in. The person who set this up on Heliohost no longer works here. We have no person on staff with any technical training in this area.   2. Account suspended for inactivity Username: coplaypl I think it's on Stevie. I've tried reseting the password but the confirmation code box keeps telling me login invalid I do not know what a HelioHost main domain is - unless it's the website I am using heliohost on (www.coplaypubliclibrary.org)
  3. Bless you - it worked! I guess I spoke too soon. I'm into my account, but my library website won't show our card catalog: Message: Internal Server Error- it says to contact the server administrator - webmaster@coplaypl.heliohost.org Also a 404 Not Found Error was encountered.   4. I just got another email with a confirmation code - it's not working. I still can't get in.
  5. Yes, I was bad - I didn't log in last month. Got the notice last week - tried logging in Saturday, but that didn't work I tried resetting the password - that didn't work either. Came in today -same thing. Tried resetting the password, that's not working either. What can I do? Username: coplaypl Somebody please help - I'm going out of my mind trying to fix this!

  7. Ok - I type this into the Cpanel spot near the bottom of this page - www.heliohost.org/home I hit Login - it directs me to another screen - cPanel Login (orange lettering in a gray box) I fill in the username and the password you emailed me - It says the "Login is invalid"
  8. I got the email with the new password. I logged on - then got interrupted before I could change the password. The session timed out - I attempted to log in again - it directed me to the cpanel screen where I was told the password was invalid.
  9. Username - coplaypl I don't know what "main domain" means. I think we're on Stevie - not sure.
  10. I am still trying to log in - every time I do password reset, the CPanel log in won't accept the new password. It keeps telling me the login is invalid. Mostly I can't even get to the new password - and I keep entering the confirmation code - and it's not being accepted either. I also tried the SSL reset link - and my computer stops that as a security problem. Can someone please help?
  11. I am desperately trying to log on to my heliohost account. I need to do a FTP file thing. The little gray box comes up repeatedly - every time I fill in the user name and password the box disappears and reappears with those boxes blank. It's not telling my username or password is wrong so I don't know what to do. I tried seeing if my account is inactive - and the site says it is not. I have tried resetting the password multiple times - nothing sees to work. Also, every time I post a message here, my keyboard just goes haywire and I keep having to backup and retype - what is up wth tat? Anyway - can someone please help me get intomy ccount s I ca figure out how t d ths ftp thig? I also cannot get into the Cpanel on the regular site.
  12. I got the account suspended due to inactivity message over two weeks ago - I tried logging on - it kept telling me the password was not valid. I did the password reset (several times over the course of the last two weeks) - the site never accepts the new password I've been getting in the email. I know the front page of the HH website mentions a server being down - but really need to get into the account. Can somebody please help with this - I am not a tech person. Thanks.
