  1. @Tjoene: His site is not what's broken. His error suggests that his cPanel mysql account (equivalent to root for that user) is missing, and PHPMyAdmin also does not work even after changing his password. PHPMyAdmin should work regardless of any database users he creates (it'd work even if he didn't make any) since it uses his cPanel mysql account. Odds are he can't recreate the database users either, though he didn't mention trying. Unmarked as solved.
  2. @Krydos: Can this be installed? IIRC, we tried before and couldn't for some reason.
  3. You were suspended for trying to send 46917 emails... Krydos will have more information, escalating.
  4. There's probably something else wrong with your account, especially if you get a blank page. Have you tried another PC? In the mean time, I've removed the solved tag for you.
  5. You generally need to install an antispam mod that makes it impossible for the bot to ever register (your best bet are those that ask a question like "What color is the ball in this picture? (picture here)" that a bot won't understand). Captchas also help, but bots are getting very good at them these days. Or you can just disable the email functionality entirely. It won't fix your forum being abused, but it will reduce the odds of being suspended again.
  6. To add to tjoene, the reason given for the suspension was: We received an abuse report for the account. The content shows that it appears to be a spambot registering on a forum at http://sgg.heliohost.org/phpbb. It picked a real email address, and the owner of the email address reported the registration email as spam. Krydos has to make the final decision on this issue, but he often unsuspends these as long as you agree to fix the issue.
  7. What port number? If it's not on a common web port (e.g. 21, 80, 443, etc.), it won't work. You would need to change the port used by the radio server to something we allow.
  8. We don't keep any backups, so there is nothing to access.
  9. We don't allow connections (in or out) on non-standard ports, so odds are our firewall is intentionally preventing that connection. What are you connecting to?
  10. The fee is for a dedicated IP address, which is required for SSL. It's failing to enable because you do not have the dedicated IP.
  11. It just says "Do not unsuspend. Do not backup." which usually indicates it was involved in illegal activity of some form. Krydos will probably know more, so I'll escalate it.
  12. That's a false positive caused by a hidden iframe in that page. It's safe to ignore it.
  13. To the other mods and admins...is anyone else having trouble with suspending/unsuspending Johnny accounts? The ACP claims to suspend them, but they don't actually suspend. Also, since I don't have any other way of doing it, can an admin please suspend these users (reason for all should be Phishing.): abdou123, abdou36, namian, souhieb, souhiebsouhieb, thefatal, elhadda, hostingg, jaffel2?
  14. Your domain appears to be set right at your registrar, and should be configured on our end since it was working. Besides, our server should show a queued page for that domain if it's configured on our end. I'll bet something is wrong with the DNS entries for that domain on our server. I'll escalate it for you.
  15. For those who are unable to open that link, try it directly: http://www.mediafire...DNS+Flusher.exe @Max12: AdFly doesn't work correctly in Firefox or Chrome that has AdBlock installed, in older versions (I run Palemoon, which is based on FF 26 ESR), or if you have a few popular AV programs installed. I had to open the link in IE with the AV disabled (it's classified by my AV's web protection as "security.malware", probably because their ads for fake download managers tend to install adware if you mistakenly click them). The program itself works as advertised, though a 2 line batch script can do the same thing. It'll be useful for those who cannot figure out a command prompt
  16. That account cannot be unsuspended.
  17. Stevie will likely eventually get the updates Johnny received earlier this year, however there is no set time for their installation. It'll happen when krydos is happy with Johnny's performance with these updates and has time to configure them.
  18. You can't. If you don't want to use unencrypted connections, you're welcome to use only the secure variants. However, there is no way to disable the insecure versions and force the use of the secure forms of these connections.
  19. We block non-standard ports intentionally. This behavior is normal.
  20. You're welcome
  21. Those domain name directories are created when you add a parked or addon domain. If you had it set up that way and then decided to use it as the main domain instead, removing the addin/parked domain doesn't delete the folder. I found your account, and since monnef.tk is your main domain, public_html folder will be the right place for your files.
  22. If you're in Stevie, this is highly abnormal. Did you try placing the files in public_html instead? If monnef.tk is your accounts main domain, the files need to go directly in public_html. Also, what is your username and main domain? Slow loading of accounts is normal if you are on Johnny. In fact, Johnny is down frequently from being overloaded, so I personally would not host a production website on that server. The forum server shares hardware with johnny, which is the reason the forum is down so much. Johnny is intended as our experimental server, so he breaks and goes down a lot in exchange for more features and newer software. If you need stability and uptime, we recommend Stevie.
  23. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  24. We removed RoundCube from Stevie when MySQL was broken. Horde was also removed at the same time. Neither of them worked correctly due to dependencies on the damaged database server. I'm not sure if there are any plans to restore them now that the MySQL damage is fixed. I'm going to move this to customer service so an admin is more likely to see it.
