You're in the same boat as everyone else. What is the database name?

Not sure what's wrong then. Moving to customer service.

Change your cPanel password, then log out, clear your cache. After that, log in and see if it works.

It's there but invisible. Krydos needs to reassign it to you. -

[Solved] Phpmyadmin And Databases Inaccessible
wolstech replied to block4o's topic in Escalated Requests
Krydos will post here when it has been fixed. -
The first step is to change your cPanel password. Do that here: http://stevie.helioh...sswd/index.html After that, check to see which databases are visible in phpmyadmin. If any of your databases are missing, post a list of the ones that aren't visible so Krydos can restore them for you. Once they're restored (or if they're already visible), go here: http://stevie.helioh.../sql/index.html and delete and recreate your database users. Be sure to use the database password found in your software's configuration file (for WordPress, it's wp-config.php). Then reassign each user to its databases. If you don't know what privileges to grant, select "All privileges".

[Solved] All My Databases Are Inaccessible

The last part of the Stevie fix was installed yesterday and it broke everything again. This time around, not only did the database users break, but many databases became invisible. You need to change your cPanel password, then log out and in to fix PhpMyAdmin. Once that's done, check to see if all your databases show in PhpMyAdmin. The missing ones needs to be restored by Krydos (please post a list of database names). Once you have them all, delete and recreate your database users (again). On the upside, Stevie now should have full InnoDB support for the first time in almost 2 years and is running MySQL 5.6.21 now (replacing an ancient 5.1).
