[Solved] (New Account)Account Queued
wolstech replied to vynum's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
It's normal and will go away on its own when the account is fully configured. The cPanel account usually works within a few hours, but the domain usually takes days. If you created an account on Stevie, it can take up to 48 hours to go away. If you created an account on Johnny, it can take up to 5 days to go away. If it keeps showing after that amount of time has passed, clearing your cache may help. -
Your domain is not set up correctly (it looks like you used .TK's URL forwarding). Log into dot.tk's website, edit your domain, and choose "Custom DNS". Enter ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in the two host name boxes. Leave the IP address boxes blank. Save it and wait 24 hours, then clear your cache.
-
Yash pretty much answered it. It takes up to 5 days for Johnny accounts to finish activating. You created it on 5/4. Just give it some more time.
-
I'm seeing a 500 error at that domain, not a queued page. Please clear your cache.

Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 2 file(s). PHP.Shell-83 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.

That's exactly what it means. Needs to be something that's not in the English dictionary. Frustrating at times, but provides extra security.

It supports ASP.NET via Mono, and the application must be targeted for framework version 3.5.
-
This has been known about for a while. There are a lot of users on here who already use it. In fact it's used widely enough that we plan to integrate it into cpanel at some point.
-
Try putting a % in Johnny's Remote Mysql instead of Stevie's IP. Also, it should be obvious, but your database users must exist on Johnny, and will start with your johnny account's name. Same goes for the databases themselves. Johnny's mysql is also slow or unavailable a lot due to load.
-
The shared IP in cPanel.
-
You may need to fix your PC then. It works fine for everyone else. Also, you make it sound as if you want ctrl+v to work when the post text box isn't selected. You can't paste into text boxes that aren't selected, so you do need to click in the text box before pressing ctrl+v. All major applications are this way.
-
If you already have an account on Johnny, you can do this by enabling the remote mysql in Johnny's cPanel (enable it for Stevie's IP address). Set your databases up on Johnny, and in your software's configuration use "johnny.heliohost.org" as the host name instead of localhost.
-
Um, paste works fine. I (and many others) use it all the time to answer posts here. Ctrl+v is paste, not ctrl+p (this is print).

[Solved] Root Mysql Account Lost Permissions
wolstech replied to pete20r2's topic in Escalated Requests
@paladox2014: He can't do that because he can't access anything. The user that's broken for him is not a DB user you can create in cPanel, it's the default database user that has the same username/password as your cPanel account. This is something an admin needs to fix.- 7 replies

That account is not suspended, it's queued. Give it more time. Johnny accounts can take up to 5 days. Also, do you have multiple accounts? I'm seeing 6 suspiciously similar user accounts under "adandi##", 3 of which are suspended. If so, be aware that users are only allowed one account and creating multiple accounts just gets them all suspended.
-
I haven't been able to use it since I've been here (3 years), as far as i know it is no longer supported.

[Solved] Account Suspended
wolstech replied to djalmabright's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
That account cannot be unsuspended. As for the reason, this particular description usually means that something on the account was involved in illegal activity. If you weren't involved in any such activity, you were probably hacked. If that's the case, you should create a new account and be sure to secure it better. -

You would have been much happier on Stevie. Activation that usually finishes in less than 24 hours and up time is generally far better. The uptime on Johnny is 75-85% it's because an experimental server with many extra features and a large number of accounts. We don't limit accounts on that server, and we offer certain things (Ruby, Java, ASP.NET/Mono) that aren't available on Stevie. Stevie has limited signups and fewer features, which both lead to lower server load and better performance. Also, it's worth noting that we are not a reseller service of any kind. We own our servers.
-
You just created it today...as yashrs already said, Johnny accounts take up to 5 days before the domain will start working. cPanel should work within 24 hours or so.
-
Roundcube is broken on Stevie. See http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/18875-stevie-mysql-common-questions-and-problems/ (about half way down.)

I actually brought this up to the admins a few weeks ago. It's being implemented. I don't have any idea as to when we'll finally get it, but I do know we've been approved for the program you need to get the API key.
