I guess heliohost detects proxy scripts and block them, because normally proxy scripts eat up resources. May be thats why my account was blocked. But I wasnt eating up servers, I have installed a proxy script in a private location so that only i can access it to run a few tests. In my public_html folder there is a file named "download.php". In that file, there is an email id near the top of the file. If you could reset my password and send it to that email, I will be very very grateful. Though that email is not the registered email here, but my point is, only the owner knows where is what, isn't it?

Then its my fault entirely. I guess I won't be able to recover. I'll have to start again :'(

I know what files are in there. In those scripts I have used some email accounts that I have access to. Can you send my password there? As I know what is in the scripts, I am the owner of the account, does that make sense?

I am not sure which was the email but I've checked all 4 emails i use and couldn't find out the password reset mail. Can you please give me a hint where the recovery email was sent? like w***e*****6@gmail.com

Greetings Guys, The service provided by HelioHost is pretty awesome and I really Love it. I am going to confess that, i have created two hosting accounts. My first account details are: main domain: appload.heliohost.org username: appload server: stevie After i forgot my password and unable to recover it, i have created a second account. main domain: allmovie.gq username:allmovie server:stevie Now, as the rule is one account per user, i want to delete the "appload" account after "backing" up the files. What should I do? Please help me so that i can get my scripts from the "appload" account.
