  1. Nope, because you're physically located in the country of Iran from what the system shows. We are not allowed to do business with any person residing in or having an affiliation with Iran. This isn't us unfortunately, it's our government. We are located in the USA, which has made it illegal to do business with Iran. As a result, it is illegal for us to serve you. If our government could get along with yours, we would love to serve you, but until our laws change, that cannot happen for legal reasons. All US-based web hosts have the same restriction too, so it's not just us. You'll need to find a non-US-based web host.
  2. That’s an Iranian domain... Due to federal regulations, HelioHost is unable to provide services to users in the country of Iran. Please back up your data and delete your account. If not deleted within 24 hours, the account will be permanently suspended.
  3. Only our root admin Krydos can fix this. It may take a day or so before this gets changed for you.
  4. That's not really a good idea here considering you only have 1GB of storage...you'll run out of space extremely quickly. You can buy 1GB extra for $5, but you can't get any more than 2GB maximum. You'd have to get a VPS instead. Nonetheless, how big is "large size"? I wouldn't recommend anything larger than 64MB (I know we've raised it to that on other servers or versions of PHP).
  5. The server is too slow for the validation to work...it's timing out while trying to get the validation file. I think this one is going to be a matter of waiting for load to come down...Ricky is running a load of 42.88 at the moment. I'd suggest you just set your site up without SSL for now and see if it gets a cert when the load drops. 6. I run into this error at work. It's not us, it's caused by either the device or the network you're using (work and school networks very often see this problem). Solution is find a different device or internet connection, to use plain FTP on port 21 to connect instead.
  7. That account cannot be unarchived because you already have another account. Users are limited to one account, so unarchiving this would result in both of them immediately ending up suspended.
  8. This cannot be upgraded because cpanel does not support anything newer. You'll need to modify your code to run on the older version.
  9. That domain is still queued for me. Autossl can't get a certificate until the domain is working. As for why it's still queued after 2 days I'm not sure. I'd look into it but I'm not at a computer, so I'll let Krydos take a look.
  10. Search engines kind of just do their thing these days. They watch for things like domain registrations and will eventually crawl the site on their own. Most engines can take up to 6 months to do so though. If you want to prevent them from indexing you, robots.txt will do that. If you want to manually submit domains, see alerts, or get data on things like what traffic you're actually getting from them, you have no choice but to make an account with them and use their analytics console.
  11. System says the 22nd, but that may be longer or shorter. The line for Java only moves if someone else loses their Java.
  12. @sohamb03: The GUI only lets you specify versions for each domain, but you can actually do it by folder too (by editing your .htaccess file manually). And to answer the original question: One account. Creating a second will get you suspended.
  13. That's not being blocked. That just means your internet provider is incompatible with our service because they change IP address too frequently. This is most commonly seen among users using cellular plans/hotspots (these are a compatibility known issue), but some normal wireline ISPs do it too. The solution to that message is to use a VPN or proxy to access cPanel.
  14. I'd suggest you find something that's still supported...that program was last updated in March 2015...http://kplaylist.com/ Also keep in mind that a lot of these sorts of sites end up getting suspended for copyright infringement too. If you make such a site, it needs to be for private use only, or you need to have a license to stream the music (not cheap or easy to get).
  15. Please back that account up, download the backup, then request deletion once you've obtained your data. You can delete it here: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete If the account is still present in 24 hours, it'll be suspended again.
  16. That error means the software requires PHP 5.3 or older (the change that causes that error was introduced in 5.4). We don't support anything that old anymore (it's from 2011...). You could try 5.4 and see if it'll let you get by with a deprecated warning (which can be suppressed) but odds are you need to find different software. What program is this anyway? I'll take it out of softaculous since it doesn't run right anymore.
  17. Those errors mean the app requires an older version of PHP. Find out which version it's supposed to use and select that version in cPanel under MultiPHP manager. My guess is that it's meant for 5.x. PHP 7 is not backwards compatible with PHP 5 and won't run most apps made for 5.
  18. This is Krydos's territory. I don't know much of anything about Python...I'm a PHP guy.
  19. It's suspended for both high server load and for having two accounts. The high server load is an easy unsuspension, but the multiple accounts is not. Users are only allowed one account. In order for me to unsuspend this one, your Tommy account needs to be suspended instead. Tommy is a much better server than Ricky, but your website is on the Ricky account. If you prefer, I can delete the Tommy account and move the Ricky account to Tommy for you. Which account do you want to keep?
