This is normal. We couldn't fit everyone back onto Tommy so users who didn't fit are getting Johnny accounts for the time being instead. At some point there will be an option to move back to Tommy for free.

You cannot sign in because you currently don't have an account. When we wipe an account, we just delete it and invite you again. You need to actually register a second time to finish the process by using the invite email that was sent to you. If you didn't receive the email (I just resent it in case it got lost), please post a different email address here and I'll send it there instead.

Remote postgres is disabled by default. If you need that, Krydos has to enable it for each database and user that needs it. Since the user and database name are listed in the command, I'll escalate this for you to get it turned on.

The support email does not accept images. Please host the image somewhere like imgur and send a link so we can see it. I suspect the error you're seeing is a "ready to move to plesk" message though. If that's correct, what was your account's username?

When an account gets wiped, it gets completely deleted and an email is sent to you to make a new one. You never clicked the link in the email and made the new account. Check your email for an invitation from us, if you can't find it, let me know and I can resend it (or send it to a different email address). They typically get flagged as spam on most email providers, so be sure to check your spam bin.

If it's just a JS/HTML/CSS UI built in flutter, it might. You'd need to build the app locally and upload the resulting output files from the web folder. Note that if you put the app in a subfolder instead of the domain's root, you may need to edit or remove the below line from the compiled output's index.html. <base href="/">
