  1. Yeah, this was a classic Cloudfaile There's a reason we don't recommend CF. His issue here though was that he was trying to use a CF origin certificate without CF, which won't work. I just deleted the CF origin cert and told the server to get him one from AutoSSL. EDIT: I'm still waiting on Apache to restart for this to finish installing.
  2. 10:50:03 AM Analyzing “smoothjazz.fmlima.com” … 10:50:03 AM ERROR TLS Status: Defective Certificate expiry: 9/6/35, 3:01 AM UTC (5,312.47 days from now) ERROR Defect: OPENSSL_VERIFY: The certificate chain failed OpenSSL’s verification (0:10:CERT_HAS_EXPIRED). ERROR Defect: OPENSSL_VERIFY: The certificate chain failed OpenSSL’s verification (1:19:SELF_SIGNED_CERT_IN_CHAIN). ERROR Defect: OPENSSL_VERIFY: The certificate chain failed OpenSSL’s verification (1:10:CERT_HAS_EXPIRED). Impediment: CERTIFICATE_IS_EXTERNALLY_SIGNED: The certificate is neither self-signed nor from AutoSSL. You installed an origin certificate from Cloudflare which broke it. I deleted CF's certificate and re-ran it, it should work now: 10:56:01 AM The system will attempt to renew the SSL certificate for the website (smoothjazz.fmlima.com: smoothjazz.fmlima.com www.smoothjazz.fmlima.com). 10:56:04 AM The cPanel Store received “smoothjazz.fmlima.com”’s certificate order. (Order Item ID: 1119463613) The system will periodically poll the cPanel Store for the issued certificate and then install it after a successful retrieval. The system has completed “retrope”’s AutoSSL check.
  3. Unarchived.
  4. Yep, we actually discourage WP use, insomuch we've actually considered banning it. It's the number one cause of load suspensions, hacked accounts, and even accidental bans here.

My guess is /tmp was full. It's only got 200MB free at the moment.
  7. If he had a Tommy account before and deleted it for some reason, yes we can just give him another Tommy account. I can’t send it at the moment though, I’m on mobile so I can’t see his email address.
  8. For MySQL, you do it yourself: https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/sql/managehost.html Only postgres requires a request.
  9. Unarchived.
  10. That would make sense. HTTP refers to the protocol to be used, postgres does not speak HTTP.
  11. Unsuspended.
  12. It's because you created two accounts. Users are only allowed one. Which one do you want to keep? (Please keep in mind that it's possible to host more than one website on a single account, you don't need two accounts in order to host two domains).
  13. Moved. The domains may take a few hours to start working, and SSL can take up to 24 hours. Thank you for the donation
  14. The servers are indeed running 9.2.24. I have no idea where you're seeing 8.x, we haven't been running that version in quite some time.
  15. We have users with fully functional shopping sites running here, so you’re fine. The most important things to keep in mind are your server load (code that’s too heavy can get you suspended, you can watch your load averages in cPanel), and the number of emails you send (limit 50/day, sending more can get you suspended). Stay away from wordpress. That pile of junk almost always gets users suspended for load. Also make sure you keep everything updated if you use off the shelf software, hacked sites often end up being used for phishing, which will earn an account a permanent ban.
  16. Create the database and user, then post the name of each here. Krydos has to set remote access up manually.
  17. Done. You're on Tommy now. Thank you for the donation. The domains should start working in the next hour or so. If you see a 404 error, please flush your DNS and clear your cache.
  18. You can import the structure and data into an empty database using phppgadmin, or if you request remote access, could do it using anything on your computer that can connect to postgres.
  19. The proper way to do this is with the .htaccess file. Add a line that looks like the below, it's a space-separated list of files to use as the index. The server will try each in order if the one before it is not found: DirectoryIndex first.html index.htm index.html index.php
  20. We do not offer support in languages other than English. Google says: Unfortunately we are unable to troubleshoot your website for you. The content on your account is your responsibility. Because of the wide variety of websites and software used, you will need to figure this out for yourself. If you lack the skills to do so, you may be better off starting over.
  21. Do you already have another account? Users are only allowed one account. Oddly, I can't find the account he unarchived for you earlier. Did you delete it? https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/42527-unarchive-request/
  22. It's not blocked on our end on Tommy: Unblock 73.37.x.x, trying permanent blocks... csf: 73.37.x.x not found in csf.deny ...Done. Unblock 73.37.x.x, trying temporary blocks... csf: There are no temporary IP bans csf: There are no temporary IP allows Can you log in using https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ instead?
  23. It's actually a little more than that (the actual reason for this is the link must land on a page that does not end in .html), but its easiest to just cut everything after the port number off because it'll guarantee it goes to a page that counts.
