  1. Nope, the second thing the script does after it makes that backup file is delete your account. Account transfers aren't moves in the sense most think, they're actually "backup, delete, and restore the backup on the new server". Your account's backup was incomplete for some reason, so the data never backed up before it was deleted. I've been here for 9 years, an admin for much of that, and like Krydos, have never seen a transfer fail in the manner this one did. I have seen full backups missing data (including my own one time, and go figure it was the one I actually had to use when tommy crashed most recently), but it has always been mysql databases that were missing in those cases. Interesting question, was your Ricky account previously given more space, or was it over quota when moved (you mention having 2GB of data in the account, it's rare to find users with extra space on non-tommy servers)? As for an improvement, perhaps Krydos could modify the script to skip the delete step and instead just suspend the old account and document it as moved. Suspended accounts don't use much in terms of resources except space, and we can just remove them after a month to reclaim the space. That would eliminate the possibility of data loss.
  2. Krydos would need to figure out why the data is missing.
  3. It can take up to 24 hours before autossl installs a certificate for your site. Most accounts get one within a few hours of transferring. If it's still showing that message tomorrow, please let us know and we'll investigate.
  4. Not sure about the 500 error, but something is definitely wrong with mail. Last one I received successfully was 3:16PM EST, and I'm missing at least 4 emails that I'm aware of. Gmail appears to be down for the second time in two days: https://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=en&v=status I see tons of messages being refused by gmail for "account does not exist" in the mail logs...but sent to addresses I know exist (including my own!): ECDHE-ECDSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:128 CV=yes: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[redacted]@gmail.com>: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. 5. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic, you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access.
  6. Unarchived. Since you requested this be restored, please be aware that your Johnny account sailor was automatically suspended. Users are only allowed one account.
  7. The first five on the list (BTC,LTC,ETH,BAT,ZEC) are preferred because we can process and sell them immediately. The others (AEON,XMR,LOKI,TRTL,ETN) are the relics of heliomine that go into conventional wallets. They cost more to process since there's two transfers+the exchange fees on our part, and I can't sell them until we have enough to justify the fees. For instance, our XMR wallet has $4 in it including your donation. By the time I transfer, sell, and transfer the bitcoin, it'd be about $1.50...
  8. Your account was suspended because Wordpress is causing too much load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. This is really common for Wordpress. It can cause massive amounts of load even if you're hardly getting any traffic to your site. Wordpress is also incredibly insecure and very easy to hack. We see Wordpress accounts get hacked all the time and usually the hacker sets up a phishing site on your domain. We strongly recommend using any software other than Wordpress. Something that might help is this simply static Wordpress plugin. It will speed up your site, reduce the load you cause, and reduce your chance of getting hacked. If you try it let us know how it worked out for you. If you insist on using Wordpress you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access. Wordpress sites load relatively slowly on our shared hosting, but they will be much faster on a VPS.
  9. Done. Thank you for the donation
  10. Moved. Thanks for the donation. My apologies for the wait. The delay was caused by the choice of coin. XMR, TRTL, Aeon, ETN, and Loki are not directly supported by Coinbase, so donations that come in on those are a bit of an undertaking to verify...(I'm not even sure the other admins can even process these oddities). Our support for these coins stems from the days when we offered a program called HelioMine that let you donate using your PC. XMR was one of the coins it mined since it was CPU friendly. We stopped offering that program a little while back due to lack of interest and good coins to mine, but the wallets from the system still live on at the donation page

  12. You were suspended because the system thought you might have more than one account. Users are only allowed one account. Since the other account you're matched with cannot be unsuspended anyway (an account called hack9 that's banned for phishing), I've unsuspended lighttec for you.

  16. It failed. Krydos will need to restore this. Failed to create the account: A database owner with the name “callebad” already exists.

  19. Yeah, he's not welcome here if he can't read the rules.
  20. You donate $1 or more and post on the forum asking to be moved (please provide the transaction ID of the donation in the post). We do the rest on our end. Since you use one of our free subdomains, the only thing you'll notice during a move is a short period of downtime while the account is moved and DNS updates. Most accounts take under 10 minutes to move, though I've had high load cause them to take longer (I've seen an hour when Johnny was busy...).
  21. The main domain script doesn't always like the .heliohost.us domains I've been noticing. This is a third one in a week that refused to change from the script or even from the normal admin tools. I had to change it in WHM. Either way, the domain has been changed and should start working within the next hour or so.
  22. I personally don't even see the connection between the two accounts. Krydos thinks there is though based on one of the reports we have. The other guy asked for his account to be deleted, so there's no need for verification at this time.
  23. Multiple accounts again, because the system thinks this account is also yours: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/41976-solved-suspended-gnpa63/ Since he's already backed up and been resuspended, you've been unsuspended again.
  24. The account has been resuspended and will delete itself in due time.
  25. I was unable to fix your the DNS issues because you are currently in violation of our terms of service. Users are only allowed one account, but you have two: leranjun, and leran. Which one do you want to keep (the other will be permanently suspended)? If you don't reply within 24 hours, both accounts will be suspended until you decide which one you want to keep.
