Krydos can confirm the money, but since I can see it sent to our wallet on the explorer, I've added the space for you. Also, do you have two accounts? There's a second account that's nearly identical to yours...if so, we need to delete the second one as having two accounts is a violation of the terms of service and will get both of the accounts suspended.

Keep getting 500 error but nothing in the logs
wolstech replied to Terru Ku's topic in Customer Service
PHP errors are logged in error_log in the logs folder in your home folder. That said, when an application produces a 500 error after being moved from another host, the first thing to check is usually the database settings, so I just looked there and immediately found an issue. -
What do you need help with?

You can buy additional disk space up to a maximum of 5000MB at a rate of $5/1000MB (you can actually get 6000MB through our current fundraiser, but I'm not sure if that offer can be honored through a BTC donation or not). Normally I'd also say you can move to Tommy for $1 as well, but Tommy is actually slower than Johnny right now, so that's kind of going backwards at the moment. Down the road we'll offer a usage-based paid hosting plan (Morty) that's faster and won't get you suspended for overuse, but that's not available yet, and it will require a non-BTC payment method (likely Paypal) when it is offered so we can charge you automatically. If you want to purchase the disk space, please send the BTC to the address shown here: https://heliohost.org/donate/ Then send us the time and amount of the transaction so it can be verified and the space added to your account. It may take 24-48 hours for the space to be added since there's only 1 admin who can see those wallets and verify the payment.

Keep getting 500 error but nothing in the logs

Your database settings for the app in env.php are invalid or not supported. I renamed the app/env.php to env.php.out and it now seems to start and want to install. I don't believe we allow connections on port 3307 either, so that remote database likely isn't going to work even if the credentials are right. -
Changed. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.

Weird. It's not blocked. If you go to this page can you see the login screen? https://tommy2.heliohost.org/ If you can see it, can you log in there using your username (capcom) and your password? If you can't see it, what do you get, a timeout?
-
You're on Johnny's login screen but have a tommy account. Tommy users should log in using one of these addresses: https://heliohost.org/login/ https://tommy2.heliohost.org/

1. Support case. 2. That's fine. Just set an A record pointed to the server's IP. Johnny users are 65.19.141.67 and Tommy users are 65.19.141.77. You'll also want to create SPF and MX records if you plan to use email. 3. Yes. MySql/mariaDB allows remote access, you're given the option option enable it when you create the user for the database. Postgres can do remote access as well, but Krydos has to set it up for each individual database and user if they want it. 4. N/A since remote access is supported. 5. I believe there's an option for task scheduling in Plesk for this (can't look at the moment, on mobile). Keep in mind that historically cron has been limited to 2 executions per day, though that limit is currently relaxed. Overuse of cron may cause a load suspension. If enough people abuse it, the limit may be enforced again.

That's usually an indication of a blocked IP. What is your current public IP address? I'll check to see if you're blocked.

[Solved] HTTP Authorization header not forwarding to WSGI app
wolstech replied to advaithm's topic in Escalated Requests
To my knowledge we don't intentionally block this, so it may just be a limitation of Plesk's Python implementation... Krydos would be the one to know if this can be made to work. -
An invite to create a fresh account has been sent to you.
-
To reset an account we just delete it and invite you again. Keep in mind that doing this will delete your additional domains as well, we'll need to have Krydos re-add the additional domains/subdomains if they're still necessary. Are you sure you want me to delete this and reinvite you?
-
Krydos has to do this and usually cancels the Paypal subscription from our end once the VPS is cancelled. Escalating.

Krydos can probably install this for you...

[Solved] Enabling remote access to Postgres DB
wolstech replied to fdevillalobos's topic in Escalated Requests
This got missed. Sorry about that. Krydos has to do it for you. -
Krydos has to add domains at the moment since Plesk and the DNS servers don't talk to each other yet. Escalating to have shaverda.com and photo.shaverda.com added. We can add the other ones down the road when you need them.

Also, to answer your question about your username, it's luks18 (no underscore). If you're still seeing the ready for plesk message, let us know, and also try signing in at https://johnny.heliohost.org/ instead using luks18 as the username and whatever password you picked when you created the account on May 13.
-
IP address on our DNS servers is wrong. It's pointing to the defunct cPanel Tommy 65.19.143.6 which retired a few months ago. It needs to be pointing to 65.19.141.67... Krydos can fix it for you.

Unsuspended.

You should have received an email to create a new account a while back after Johnny was rebuilt with Plesk, but since it has long since expired, I've resent it. Please check the email address associated with the forum account luks18 for a link to create a new account. Odds are it'll be in spam because you use Gmail. If so, please click "Not spam" so they don't get marked as spam in the future.

[Solved] Question about the Johnny invitation
wolstech replied to sagnik's topic in Customer Service
Your rank has been corrected based on the posts and topics you've made and your duplicate forum account has been merged. -
Krydos assigns them manually, so they can take a few days to be applied. Please keep in mind that there is a checkbox on GoFundMe for "Share my information with the charity...". It's checked by default, but if you UNCHECKED this checkbox to make your donation anonymous, you will not receive the gifts as we have no way of matching them to an account with that box cleared. If you did this and now want the gifts, let me know and I'll pass it on. Krydos can send you a message through GFM, and you'll need to respond to the email from GoFundMe with your account information so the gift can be assigned to you.

[Solved] Question about the Johnny invitation
wolstech replied to sagnik's topic in Customer Service
Merging the accounts won't hurt. If anything it'll make your post count go up since your current account will get credit for anything posted by the account if I merge that other account into it.
