Yes it is. Krydos can do that for you.

Normally we would ask for ID for both people to prove there's two people, but I'm not sure what we'd accept here for the second "person" since that account is a team/project used by more than one person. Lets see what Krydos says.

Your account was suspended because our systems detected that you might have more than one account. We understand that no one ever reads our terms, but as a reminder, our Terms of Service state that each user is allowed to have only one account. The reason we have to enforce this rule is because our servers are already overloaded the way it is, and it wouldn't be fair to everyone that is turned away each day for you to have more than one when so many others have none. One common reason people create more than one account is to get around our storage limit of 1000 MB. Did you know that we will give you another 1000 MB of storage for each $5 USD donation you make up to 5000 MB total? If you'd like to increase the storage of your account just make a donation and then let us know your transaction ID and username. Another common reason people create more than one account is to host more than one website. Did you know that you can host as many websites on your one account as you want? Unlike a lot of free hosts we offer unlimited alias domains, unlimited addon domains, and unlimited subdomains. If you need any help adding another website to your account just let us know. Another common reason people create more than one account is to try out several servers at once, or to transfer a website between accounts on different servers. Did you know that an admin can move your account for you for as little as a $1 USD donation? This will save you the trouble of signing up again, and deleting your account, etc. Sometimes our systems flags you as possibly having more than one account when you share a computer with family, friends, coworkers, other students, etc. If this is your situation we apologize for the suspension, and we'll be happy to unsuspend all of the involved accounts after you provide proof that each of the accounts belong to a different person.

[Solved] Not able to donate and upgrade to tommy server
wolstech replied to shghsts's topic in Customer Service
We accept other ways of donating too such as crypto: https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ If you use one of these methods, please post a transaction ID once you donate and we can get you moved. -
There's a first for everything...load suspension caused by the spam filter receiving too much spam, who would've thought that was even possible?
-
Krydos might be able to do that.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.

If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic, you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access.

Appears to be the same user as this one: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/41460-suspended-martin41/ Users are only allowed one account. Since martin41 is already unsuspended, this account cannot be unsuspended.

It can take up to 10 minutes.

Please remove cloudflare and set your name servers to NS1.heliohost.org and NS2.heliohost.org, then wait a few hours and clear your DNS cache. This will probably fix your issue. Cloudflare is known for causing all sorts of weird issues when used with our service. Unexplained SSL failures and queued pages are the most common symptoms.

Unblocked.

What is your username and what domain is having trouble?
-
Indeed it is. You're only allowed only allowed one account. I've unsuspended exell for you. The others will remain suspended and will eventually delete themselves.

That account is not suspended.

You’re suspended for having more than one account. Which one do you want to keep?

Tommy supports node, the others do not.

It's suspended for malware. I just looked and it appears the account contains exactly one file, which is obfuscated if opened in vim and appears dubious in nature (I'm guessing this is probably a shell perhaps or a botnet backend, both are prohibited here). Can you explain?

Unarchived.

Krydos might be able to put it back, or might need to reinstall the OS. Lets see...
-
An account can only have one main domain. Once you have DNS set up, you can change it back and add the extra domain as an addon.

VPN and VPS are two different things. What we sell is a VPS, basically a virtual server that you have full access to. You can install and run whatever you want on one since you get root access. Running web servers is the most common use, but game servers, proxies and VPNs, dedicated application servers and similar can also be run one one as well. There is a monthly fee for these unlike our conventional shared web hosting (which as you know is free). Our current sale gives you a discount if you buy 6 months up front though, and VPSes are also coming with an extra gig of ram for free at the moment due to issues with disk performance. You do need some server admin experience to really get into it, but Krydos can help you get up and running.

[Solved] Install Cython modules / Request for using EXE
wolstech replied to dalfc's topic in Customer Service
This won’t work here. Cpanel servers run Linux, so they cannot run EXE files (windows applications).
