  1. Your account was suspended because Wordpress is causing too much load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. This is really common for Wordpress. It can cause massive amounts of load even if you're hardly getting any traffic to your site. Wordpress is also incredibly insecure and very easy to hack. We see Wordpress accounts get hacked all the time and usually the hacker sets up a phishing site on your domain. We strongly recommend using any software other than Wordpress. If you insist on using Wordpress you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access. Wordpress sites load relatively slowly on our shared hosting, but they will be much faster on a VPS.
  2. That issue is on freenom's end. Their systems are weird sometimes and don't work like they should. Were you able to add the domain in cpanel? If not, I've seen cases where making it your main domain somehow causes it to get unstuck (even though freenom is not one of the registrars where the host has to be set up first), so maybe try that?
  3. That one got flagged as suspicious because it mentioned online banking (we see a lot of fake Paypal and Chase websites). I just checked and the account is completely empty, so I'll unsuspend it for you. Please make absolutely sure that no usernames or passwords for financial institutions are collected (doing so will result in a phishing ban). If you're setting up a pretend bank website of some kind, do not use the branding of any legitimate bank, and make sure to include conspicuous disclaimers indicating that it is a fake website and that real credentials should not be entered on this site.
  4. VPSes are handled almost entirely by email, and are handled by exactly one person. While we aim for 24 hours to get them set up, sometimes Krydos takes a little longer (we're actually in the process of automating VPS creation, but we haven't quite gotten there yet). Being a weekend, it may take a little longer than the stated 24 hours to get it set up for you. Krydos will email you at the address you provided when the setup is complete.
  5. You're suspended for having two accounts. Users are only allowed one account. Which one do you want to keep?
  6. You can use whatever version you want since it's just a folder of files once installed. Please keep in mind though that we don't support composer, so you will need to "install" it on your computer then upload the resulting directory of files to complete installation. Also, you won't be able to use the CLI features of Laravel unless you get a VPS.

  8. Please post a topic in Customer Support with the paypal transaction ID of your donation (I believe it's in the email receipt) and your hosting account username. Krydos will see it and apply the gift to your account This user made such a post for example: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/41196-solved-gofundme-donation/
  9. Thanks for the donation Lets have Krydos set you up.
  10. Go ahead and back up the Ricky account (it's currently active). Once you make the backup, let me know and I'll suspend it again and unsuspend the Tommy account instead.
  11. Krydos has to verify GFM donations. He'll do this when he sees your request
  12. You're correct. For changing back later, if you choose, you type the entire thing including .heliohost.org
  13. Eu.org domains only work when used as your main domain. Because their system is not compliant with industry standards, their domains are not fully supported. If you use it as your main domain though, yes it will work just fine. CloudFlare will work too, but is not officially supported. If you later need assistance, you may be asked to remove it before we can assist you.
  14. Outbound connections on uncommon ports like 27017 (yes, I know 27017 is Mongo's normal port, but we don't get many requests for Mongo) are intentionally blocked by our firewall. Krydos would need to specifically allow this for you.
  15. I just meant towards the end of the day. Think: If you have 20 really high samples and 4 low ones, the average is still going to be much higher than your current load, so you have to wait until the next day to the most accurate numbers (where if fixed, you'll get all-low samples). Yes, each day in that chart starts at midnight UTC, or if you're in the USA is 5PM on the west coast and 8PM east coast.
  16. Typical. Please don't use WordPress, it's notorious for this. Literally any other CMS you could use is faster, lighter, and more secure. Please fix it quickly. Unsuspended.
  17. Load is probably up on the server, the most common cause of that these days is someone's Wordpress install getting too much traffic or being broken. Wordpress is literally the only program we recommend people not use...it's horribly inefficient and also extremely insecure. It's the leading cause of load suspensions as well as accidental bans here at heliohost (WP gets hacked, then the hacker usually sets up phishing or sends spam and the account gets banned). Any other cms in existence is better than WP.
  18. The number shown in that chart are not real time, they are averages of the day's samples, so if you were already causing high load today, then made changes late in the day, tomorrow's numbers will be more accurate. High load can be a pain, it took me forever to figure out my cause when I suddenly started having issues. My issue turned out to be a mantis install being hit by bots.
  19. That's typical of WordPress. It's complete garbage internally and causes more load than any other CMS you could possibly use. It's the leading cause of load suspensions here at HelioHost. It's also extremely insecure, which means not only does it cause tons of load, it is a common cause of accidental bans (typically phishing) when it gets hacked. The best fix for Wordpress is to not use Wordpress. Unsuspended.
  20. You're only allowed one account. Which one do you want to keep?
  21. Register the domain and set its name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. After that, either add the domain under Aliases in cPanel, or you can use this tool to change the primary domain instead: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain

    Query

If you mean the heliohost.org subdomains, you pick the subdomain you want when you sign up, or can change it later through our website. For SSL, Johnny has a rather involved process to get and install one: https://wiki.helionet.org/management/johnny-ssl Ricky and Tommy do it for you if you simply wait. It can take up to 24 hours once a domain is created for SSL to work.
