A timeout is usually a firewall block, but I'm not seeing the IP on your post listed in the firewall as blocked. Are you posting from the same IP that has the issue? If not, what IP is impacted (you can check by visiting this page from the computer that doesn't work: https://heliohost.org/ip.php and telling us the IP it shows you)? Also, if you visit tommy directly do you see a Plesk login ( https://tommy2.heliohost.org/ )?

[Solved] still having issues getting into plesk
wolstech replied to sunamong's topic in Customer Service
See my response here: https://helionet.org/index/topic/56300-solved-i-think-my-ip-blocked/ -
The IP you’re posting from as well as the one from the original post is not blocked. Are you getting a timeout error, or are you seeing some other message like an invalid password? If you’re getting a timeout, he said, where is my what IP address are you trying to visit the server from?

Unblocked.

Added. It can take 2 hours to work. Since you're on CF, please be sure to also create the DNS records for the subdomain pointed to the same IPs as above.
-
Added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working. In the meantime, please make sure the domains are pointed to our name servers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) or if you use external DNS that you created an A record pointed to 65.19.141.77 and a AAAA record to 2001:470:1:1ee::2002

How to Install SSL on Wildcard subdomain
wolstech replied to seintitus's topic in Website Management and Coding
You could try using external DNS and manually creating the record it asks for. You will have to go through the process of manually editing the record and verifying it every 90 days though, since you cannot get an LE certificate for longer than that and plesk does not support automating external DNS. You are the only person on our entire system that’s had a need for this (wild card domain with SSL), so it’s never been done before and as of now, officially it’s not supported. EDIT: Should probably add that if the wildcard domain is set up on one of our free heliohost.org/helioho.st/heliohost.us subdomains, it's simply not supported. The free subdomains cannot use an external name server. The wildcard subdomain needs to be on an external domain for the above to have any chance of working. -
It's labeled as MariaDB, which is a fork of MySQL.

Please check your email for an invite to create a Tommy account. Note that since you use Gmail it will likely be in spam.
-
We actually can't "move" accounts since that function was never implemented for Plesk. We just delete your account and reinvite you. Do you want me to delete your account and reinvite you to Tommy (doing so will also delete all of your data, so back it up first if needed)?

That account had a username of aifact and was under the hotmail address, but was deleted because Johnny was hacked in early 2022 and it was subsequently turned into a phishing site. An invite for a replacement account has been sent to you.

It probably needs a password reset. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.

[Solved] Questions about Addon/Parked Domains and Document Root
wolstech replied to sagnik's topic in Escalated Requests
Excessive numbers of domains is a leading cause of our servers being slow. Numerous recent requests like yours are now forcing us to consider limiting the number people have. It would be appreciated if instead you used folders inside of fewer domains, as folders on a domain have 0 impact on server performance unlike adding an actual domain/subdomain. We might be able to accommodate this, but it'll be up to Krydos, and do you really need all of these? -
[Solved] ENABLING REMOTE ACCESS TO POSTGRES DB
wolstech replied to satoi's topic in Escalated Requests
Krydos has to do this... -
Resent. The first one probably didn't work because two of us sent one to you at the same time. A given email address can only have one invite active at a time (sending a second voids the first one). Please look for one that was sent around the same time as this email and use that one.

Please check your PMs.

Lily doesn't have a control panel, so I have to create accounts manually and the only access you get is FTP. I'll send a PM shortly with login information...

Sent. Since you use Gmail, it will probably be in your spam folder. Also, since your old account was on Johnny, your invite is for an empty account. We deleted all of the old cPanel Johnny accounts without transferring them because the server got hacked, and the hacker had turned them all into phishing sites.
-
That should fix itself within a few hours of creating your account. If the account is brand new, that message is normal until the certificate issues and Apache restarts. That particular Account has already fixed itself.
-
Your account wasn't actually eligible for a transfer due to being on the old Johnny that got hacked (the accounts were all turned into phishing sites, so we deleted them instead of transferring them). You should have received an invite for a fresh account on Johnny though. Invite resent. It'll probably be in spam since you use Gmail.
