The only way to change your username is to delete the account and recreate it. Would you like to do this or would you rather just keep the username you have?

Stuff like this is impossible to backup on a server that won't boot. To make matters worse several system partitions like /etc and /var were the ones that were affected by the dead hard drive so it wasn't possible to recover any data from them at all. We actually got really lucky that /home and /home1 and /var/lib were all unaffected so we were able to backup what we did.

Sorry for the delay. No one escalated this request to me. There is only one donation on September 8th, and it isn't you. What name did you donate as, how much did you donate, and can you verify the date again? Unfortunately we can't look up the Sparkie fundraiser donations by transaction ID. What do you suggest we do with the account if someone end up not being a donor? Delete it? -
The load is too high on Ricky to rebuild apache right now. It's all I can do to maintain a 99% uptime with all the extra load from Tommy being offline. I'll take another look at this when things have settled down a bit.

The main way we prevent overloading is by limiting the number of new accounts that are created per day. Since Tommy crashed Ricky has had really high load because basically every donor that was on Tommy has now created a temporary Ricky account. Once Tommy is back online, and all the temporary accounts are moved back to Tommy the load on Ricky should decrease significantly.

Just let us know and we can upgrade it for you. You can either cancel your existing recurring donation and create a new one, or you can just create a new donation for the difference.

Yes, we make money off selling VPS. People are free to donate as much as they want. The price listed at https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ is the minimum you can donate for a month of VPS service.

Yes, missing python modules will cause a 500 error. Post your import lines that you're using. You can also start with nothing and add the import lines one at a time until the 500 error occurs and that will narrow down which module is missing.

Ok, you mention flask and you mention python 3.6 and you mention Ricky. These three things do not go together. You can do python 3.6 cgi on Ricky, but if you want to do flask or django you have to use python 2.7. Johnny has flask on python 3.6 though. I can move your account there if you'd like. Also, thanks for being so patient with us. We've all been very busy after this crash.
