No problem. Thanks for the donation, but we have to draw the line somewhere. We've existed since 2005 and someone who donated 16 years ago probably isn't around anymore so most of the old donations would be a waste of time to calculate.

We lost our licenses on 2021-07-14 so all donations after 2020-07-14 count towards the Plesk transfer order. Your donation was in 2019 so it is outside the range.

If you upload your new private.key, ca_bundle.crt, and certificate.crt to your home directory I can install the new ssl certificate for you. Most people just use the free zerossl certificates, or let's encrypt.
