AutoSSL only works if you have a valid cPanel license. You can create a free SSL certificate manually using something like ZeroSSL or Let's Encrypt and then upload it to /home/johansx and we can install it for you. Do not upload it to public_html or any directory within public_html. Having a compromised SSL certificate is worse than not having SSL at all. Once the SSL certificate is uploaded create a new post in customer service. Do not reply to this news post. I'll leave the question and answer here though so if anyone else has the same question they can find it easily. Once your account is moved to Plesk it will automatically have SSL installed and renewed as before.

Like the auto-reply says, we cannot accept any attachments (images or files) through our email system. Just upload the certificate files to /home/irlhaiku. Be sure not to upload them to public_html because then they could be compromised which is worse than not having SSL at all. Let us know when the files are uploaded by replying to this email.

Since you signed up for a VPS with the same amount of storage as it had before it won't need to be deleted and recreated. I edited your existing VPS down to 5 GB memory, 8 CPUs, and 100 GB storage and powered it back on as is. Let us know if there's anything else you need help with.

Ahh, that makes sense. Yes, the same VPS number and IP are still available for you that you had before. Go ahead and signup through the website, and pay then we'll get everything else taken care of. Did you need to take a backup of anything from your old VPS? Since you're going from 100 GB hard drive to 50 GB hard drive we'll need to delete the VPS and recreate it.

I see the certificate and the chain file, but the private key is missing. It's not possible to install SSL without the private key. Generally this file is named something like private.key or domain.com.key. If you view the file it will be base64 text starting with this line -----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY----- Please let us know once you have located and uploaded this file and it can be installed for you. Please do not upload it to public_html. The sumitsaw directory you made is perfect.
