What we could do is refund the unused portion of the current subscription that ends in September, and then set up a new subscription with your new paypal account that starts today and would bill again automatically 6 months from now. This is what I use on windows. https://github.com/do-know/Crypt-LE/releases You just run the le64.exe program on the command line and then use SFTP to copy/paste in the text for the file it gives you. It's fairly easy and you can use it forever for free.
