As we said earlier, Johnny was shutdown due to a large number of accounts getting hacked. Therefore we will be giving all existing Johnny users new accounts on Plesk rather than transferring the compromised accounts. Last night we went through the ETA database and changed all of the existing Johnny accounts to be new accounts. This means that there won't be a position listed currently since we haven't implemented new account creation yet. Once new account creation is implemented, which should be soon, we will readd the Johnny accounts and donors without existing accounts back into the ETA database. Unfortunately, it looks like changing the Johnny accounts to new accounts seems to have messed up the donation totals for some people. If your donation amount was affected please let us know so we can get it fixed. Thanks.

Clicking the link in the email will move your old Tommy cPanel account onto the new Plesk Tommy. Any changes that you've made to your website since you got the VPS will have to be reapplied to your new Plesk account. When you have everything you need from your VPS backed up let us know and we can shut it down.

Yes, all donors will be moved to Tommy. If you use the same email address for both PayPal and HelioHost it will link automatically.

If you're using Cloudflare or some other external DNS provider, yes. If you're using ns1/ns2.heliohost.org they will be updated automatically during the transfer process.

We have two states. Your account was inactive which means that you haven't logged in for 30 days. Inactive accounts have their domains replaced with an inactivity message, but the domain still works. Then if you don't renew your account for another 30 days, so 60 days from the last login, your account becomes archived which means that your website is taken offline entirely and if anyone tries to go to your domain it will just time out. Archived accounts are compressed into a single backup file to save space and stored in case you come back. Wordpress causes a lot of load which leads to a lot of high load suspensions, but it doesn't affect your account becoming inactive or archived. That's only affected by failing to log in to the control panel.

Yep, once we're to the point where we can create new Plesk accounts you will get an invite sent to you via email. You can download your backup from https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ which is an older backup from July last year. We can't provide a newer full backup because your account was hacked and phishing content and other illegal stuff was uploaded to your account. We just took Johnny offline entirely rather than try to sort through all of it. If there a just a couple files you need from Johnny I can check those files by hand to look for tampering by the hacker and get them to you, but I'm not going to read through 10,000 files. I updated the ETA page to explain what is going on. Sorry for the confusion. We haven't forgotten about you, and your donations still count we just aren't capable of creating new accounts right now because we're focusing all our work on the transfer script.

Do you have an existing account or are you trying to create a new account? If you have an existing account let us know the username so it can be linked to your ETA. Right now we're only transferring existing accounts, but not creating new accounts. If you are a donor, but don't have an existing account you won't show up on this list right now. As soon as we're able to create new accounts we will re-add your email address to the eta page.

The VPS has been created and you should have received an email just now with instructions on how to log in. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
