You could also consider a VPS where your load doesn't affect our other users as much. The reason you were suspended was because you were causing downtime for our other thousands of accounts. If you use a VPS your load is more or less isolated to your VPS only so you can have a lot more traffic before your account gets suspended. You've already donated $3, and a basic VPS with 1 GB memory, 50 GB storage, and 2 cpus is $4 per month. I'm willing to give you the first month at no additional cost to you. After the first month the rate will go back to the normal $4 per month. Let me know if you're interested.

What does your site do?

You can monitor your own load by clicking the Account Load button in cpanel. If you get above 80 or so on cpu or memory you should probably work on reducing your load. If you get to 100 you have a high chance of being suspended.

Yes, if you have a dedicated IP all your mail and all of your websites will be on their own IP rather than the shared IP of the server. There really is no disadvantage. The advantages is your site stays online during a ddos attack on the shared IP, people sending spam on the shared IP don't get you blacklisted, etc.
