  1. The numbers krydos gives are estimates that can be very inaccurate at times since they're only based in how long it took others to lose it. We only install it for people when someone else loses it (usually inactivity or suspension) and johnnys load is low enough. I've seen people wait a year for it (usually because their account was inactive and they got skipped over when their turn came). If you really need java now, I'd recommend finding a paid java host. Otherwise, I'd recommend using any of our other supported languages.

  4. Change your cPanel password then log out and in again. Once you do that, Phpmyadmin will work. Please let us know if you cannot see them in phpmyadmin. cPanel showing them as empty is normal. Mine show as 0.00MB but have tons of data and work fine.

  6. I have 2 programs that are broken due to strict mode. Mostly fields with no default, though there are some issues with bad values as you're having trouble with. The software that I run (a custom system) was originally written on MySQL 5.0 non-strict. The fact it works at all is surprising. They say strict is better, but I feel like that's really only true if the software running on it was designed to take it into consideration...
  7. What's your account username?
  8. @qlwik: Your issue has been moved here: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/22476-invisible-database/

  10. We broke it while finishing the mysql fix... Change your cpanel password (again). Krydos needs to fix those database for you. Once that's done, you delete and recreate your users if you haven't already. @krydos...databases: feeldumb_aban674 feeldumb_wpcatk
  11. We've had others report this issue as well. The language or method used to access it doesn't seem to matter. The last user who reported it tried cURL and file_get_contents() in PHP. The issue appears to do with Google services specifically, as other services don't seem to suffer this problem. I'll escalate this for you, but the immediate fix is to use a non-Google service for your data.

  13. The renew script acts up on Stevie sometimes. Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see a suspended page, please clear your cache.
  14. You need to delete your account, then sign up again on Stevie. You can delete your account here: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete
  15. That's odd. Changing your cPanel password should fix PhpMyAdmin...escalating.
  16. It got suspended for cron again. Make sure you delete the job if it's not already gone. The server is supposed to remove it for you. Unsuspended again
  17. Yep, 4 cron jobs. The most you can run is 2 per day, so if you only have a single job, it can't run any more frequently than once every 12 hours. Your account has been unsuspended.
  18. @karambolis8-2: Your request has been moved here: http://www.helionet....ases-invisible/ @J.P.Galtry: Your request has been moved here: http://www.helionet....atabase-issues/ The issues this topic describes have since been repaired. Please post all requests for invisible databases, PHPMyAdmin, or other MySQL issues in a new topic in customer service.
  19. Topic split from common questions.
  20. I'm assuming this is your site: http://cyturralde.tk/ That domain is working fine, please clear your cache.

  22. The renew script didn't work because you were suspended for spam. Krydos will have more information.
  23. @Krydos: Got this PM today, can you fix this user?
  24. A never-used, inactive Stevie account from April was blocking you. Try now.
  25. I'm using FTP, and telling it to "Use Explicit FTP over TLS if available." Host is my main domain, rax.heliohost.org, which I've always used for FTP since I've been here. If I ignore the certificate expiration notice and proceed anyway, it does connect fine. "Require Explicit FTP over TLS" gives the same error, and "Require Implicit FTP over TLS" doesn't work at all. I have 2 PCs doing this. It's not FileZilla's issue either, I just tried WinSCP since I have it for something else, and it also got the expired certificate. WinSCP had never been used for FTP over TLS before this attempt, so it definitely isn't a saved certificate.
