  1. This got missed because it's not actually a suspended account. Sorry about that. Escalating.
  2. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  3. There is nothing you'd really notice in the Apache upgrade anyway, so it's not really that important (a lot of the changes seem to be security issues we aren't affected by). We have no time frame for PHP 5.4 on Stevie (though I'd expect it at some point since Johnny has it). Heliohost generally tries to avoid running the latest versions of software for stability and compatibility reasons, especially on Stevie. If MySQL got upgraded again, it'd be on Johnny.

  6. No. Think of cpanel updates as updating the UI...the stuff it controls (except mysql which was updated to fix innodb) is still just as ancient as before.

  8. That domain and account are suspended for pornography. We don't permit the hosting of adult content on our service. In addition, the snapchatleaked domain was also subject to an abuse report from snapchat for a copyright/trademark violation. I'll escalate this for you.
  9. We don't plan to add anything to apache or php right now, but thank you for the suggestion. I will escalate this though, since it may actually be a useful extension.

  11. Did you assign the user to the database in cPanel? Is the database visible (check to see if you can view it in PhpMyAdmin)? Is the database empty? If it's not visible or is empty, Krydos needs to fix it for you. Also, did you make sure the wp-config.php file has the correct password in it? That file will have the username and password WordPress uses for database access. If the don't match, either set the user's password to match what's in the file, or edit the file to match the user's password.
  12. Change your cpanel password, them log out and in again.
  13. Your website is working fine for me.
  14. Every user under "current users" will need to be recreated. The password for the new user will be found in your software's configuration file (I don't know where fluxbb stores its database settings, usually there's a config.php or similar-named file that will have the database information in it). Once you recreate it, you'll need to reassign the user to the database as well (it'll ask for permissions to grant, select "All privileges" if you don't know).

  16. Change your cPanel password, then log out and in again to fix it. Odds are your databases are missing too. Check in PhpMyAdmin once you change your password to verify everything is there. If not, post the names of the databases that are missing so they can be fixed for you.
  17. I see that error as well on Johnny's mysql databases page. From the server status page: Looks like MySQL crashed on Johnny. Escalating.

  19. Change your cPanel password, then log out and in again to fix phpmyadmin. Once you can get into phpmyadmin, check that all your databases are there. If any are missing, post their names so I can have them fixed for you. Once the databases are restored, you'll need to delete and recreate the users.
  20. What are the names of the databases?
  21. An admin needs to change the theme back to x3. Escalating.
  22. What's the name of the database?
  23. Krydos has to fix it for you. Escalating.
  24. Change your cpanel password, log out, log in, then try restoring again.
  25. This is in fact the same problem you hadon johnny. We did the same thing to Stevie. Are your databases all showing in phpmyadmin? If not, what databases are missing (post their names)?
