  1. That account is not suspended.

  4. 1. Email is limited to 50 / day regardless of how its sent. Webmail, scripts, etc. all add to that 50 a day. If you have good reason, you can ask for an increase, but there's no guarantee we'll approve that. Regardless of the limit, we will suspend you if any of the emails you send are reported as spam. 2. Yes if you have good reason and have gotten an admin's approval. Do note that disk space is not a good reason. 3. This is normal for all accounts on Stevie. It's caused by the process limit. Everyone experiences it, and there is no fix.

  7. You need to contact godaddy and ask for them to be removed. Their support can delete those for you. Let's wait and see if it works.

Your password has been manually reset. A new password has been sent to the address on file for the account dtc.
  9. Krydos needs to fix the database for you, then you need to recreate the user that Wordpress uses to access the database. Escalating.
  10. @Krydos: What file is causing this?
  11. Change your cPanel password, then log out and in again to fix this issue. You can do that here: http://stevie.helioh...sswd/index.html

  13. Change your cPanel password then log out and in again to fix the 1045 error. Krydos can fix the databases for you. After he does, you need to remove all your users, then recreate them and reassign them to the databases.
  14. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  15. The user needs to be deleted and recreated; as you found it won't let you just change the password. The database can be fixed by Krydos. Escalating.

  17. We don't keep backups. If you don't have one, you'll need to start over
  18. That something that happened was the repair and update. My software did this too...some things would save, others wouldn't. Database restores didn't help. Long story short, the software is probably incompatible with the new version of MySQL (or more likely it can't run in strict mode). Solution is to replace the software with something else (unless you're capable of debugging it).
  19. It indeed did get overlooked...escalating.
  20. Change your cPanel password, then log out and in again. That should fix PhpMyAdmin. Also, if you're accessing it remotely as the first picture suggests, you may need to re-add your IP to the remote mysql hosts in cPanel.
  21. Krydos can make the database visible again for you. After that, you'll just need to recreate/reassign the user to the database again. Escalating so the database can be fixed for you.

  23. Your password has been manually reset and emailed to the address on file for the account lytltek.
  24. There is an account with that name and domain, but the suspended page is from a different hosting company. The account hosted here is not suspended.
