  1. Your website indicates Stevie is up and running but my website won't load and I can't sign into my account or send/receive email either.
  2. My website hasn't been loading for about 20 hours now; email is not working either. Both time out. I also can't sign into my hosting account (also times out) although your website indicates that Stevie is up and running. What's going on? My account name is cloudcab. Thank you for your assistance.
  3. Just tried to send an email from my account that was returned because IP 65.19.143.2 is listed in Spamhaus XBL. I looked it up and apparently some moron installed pirated themes or plugins and now the web server is infected. Hope you can take care of this. Here's the info:

Just sent an email from one of my domain accounts to a Yahoo address and the message was returned to sender ("Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender") with the following explanation: "Connections will not be accepted from 65.19.143.2, because the ip is in Spamhaus's list." I went to Spamhaus and entered the IP address (which belongs to the Stevie server). Here's the result: I assume you will take care of this and there's nothing for me to do?
  5. This issue has not been solved. Email was briefly working again, but now the problem is back.
  6. My website is up but suddenly I can't send or receive email. Tried sending a test email via webmail and got the following error message: Everything was still working fine last night. My Helionet username is cloudcab, URL is cloud29cab.com and server is Stevie. Please HELP!
