Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS for the domain, by either setting name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or by using A and AAAA records pointed to the IP addresses shown in Plesk. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.

The student with email s2201683 already has an active account (aelopez). The s2201710 and s2201515 addresses have been invited. We have a bunch of other accounts that appear to be from the university that we need school emails for in order to unsuspend them. Do these belong to your students or perhaps another instructor's class? romrarito, aelreje, dtfj03, and meglopez. EDIT: Looks like s2201515 was meglopez, so that one is answered.

You can post it here (we can remove once done), or you can PM it to me if you would prefer it not be posted publicly at all. We can send invites for the student accounts so they don't need to worry about signups being open. For the ones who already signed up on their own, just let us know which student email address goes with each account, and we can update the account to use that address instead of making them sign up again.

Many of these were created before they actually asked us… The school email is how most other companies handle education accounts hence the recommendation. @vinzj Do you have a school provided from the university (some others here registered using an address like s1234567@usls.edu.ph) that we can use for your account instead of gmail? We need a way to be able to identify students from your school.

One of the other accounts is "duckworth". What's kind of weird here is that duckworth was never actually suspended for multiple accounts. Your vinzj account was suspended with a reason indicating you kept the other account despite there being no history on either account of a multiple account suspension. Also of note: You mentioned you're using this for school, and you're in the Philippines. We had a request recently for a large number of accounts from a university in the Philippines for education accounts. Do you by chance attend this university? https://www.usls.edu.ph/ Lets see what Krydos says since he was the one who suspended this one.

The password tool was clearly labeled as a tool for guessing the passwords of others, and as such qualifies as a hacking tool. Please do not host such things here (and the fact its a plain HTML file means you can just open it locally on your PC if you want to play around with it). It has been deleted and your account has been unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to work again. Please let us know if you need anything else.

Composer is available through Plesk, but I'm not sure what would happen if you try to attach the Plesk composer tool to existing Drupal install...

We don't allow hacking tools. It doesn't matter what you put for a legal policy on your website, it doesn't override the terms of service. They are considered illegal in the USA and as such are not welcome here. Your attitude and excessive posting probably deserves a ban for harassment/disrespect to staff as well, but that's besides the point for the moment and I'll let it slide since it's your first time. If you would like your account unsuspended, your account must be reset to delete the content. Uploading any hacking tools in the future (regardless of reason) will result in a permanent ban. Would you like me to reset your account?

Lets see if Krydos has any additional input, but this sounds like an ISP or device compatibility issue on your side since multiple different connections, including VPNs, don't work. The IP you're posting from is not showing as blocked so if you can't reach the server from that address, something else is wrong.

I'll let Krydos confirm, but I want to say the system can detect mail-only service now and won't disable domains that use us for an MX.

You can have up to 10 domains. We have to add them for you though because the integrations needed for self-service aren't built yet. What domains do you want added?

VPSes are just empty Linux servers with a command line, you have to install everything yourself and they have nothing to do with a plesk account. You'll need to install everything yourself. If you need Tomcat to host Java, you'll need to install tomcat. If you need a database server, you need to either install a database server on the VPS, or you could enable remote access on your plesk account's database and use that. The specifications you purchase are the specifications you get, but you have to remember that the operating system will use ram and disk space, so actual usable resources are slightly less. Users are only allowed to have one Plesk account, but can have one or more VPSes in addition to a Plesk account.

You'd need a VPS for that since the shared servers no longer support Java. Also, please do not ping admins directly. There's more than one of us who can help, and for this question even a mod would have been able to answer.

You can view them in Plesk. Under your domain in the Dev Tools section there's an option for Logs. The errors show up in the details of the 500 errors. -

Is that correct?

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'StringIO': /home/alewis.helioho.st/httpdocs/savagephotos/sendthumb.cgi That's your issue. Looks like io.BytesIO is the replacement based on a quick google. -
