  1. I've added a deny from all to .htaccess to block the entire y2ameds.com site until you can clean it up. If this happens a second time, it's likely that one of the extensions or themes you used had a backdoor in it. EDIT: Your logs are full of hacking attempts too. All that traffic from the 172.68.0.0/14 range of IPs are hackers attempting to get into your site. If you rebuild your site, I'd recommend you block that entire range.
  2. All of your permissions are jacked up (files need to be 644, a bunch of things are 444 or even 044 which makes no sense), there's 2 suspicious PHP files in the docroot (ipdi5.php and xynz1.php), and your index.php has been replaced with malware. You got hacked...very common for WP, and it only took like 2 days for it to happen. Delete the entire site and rebuild it.
  3. You have to remove the index.html file that comes in httpdocs by default. I renamed it for you and its working now.
  4. Alias added. It can take up to 2 hours to function. Please ensure DNS is configured for the domain.
  5. You're suspended for having more than one account. Users are only allowed to have one account. Which one do you want to keep?
  6. Unsuspended. Do you want me to merge the other account into benyoudz? That way you can still have both websites on the same account. You can host up to 10 sites on a single account.

The script that sets a moved account back up on the destination server wasn't configuring SFTP correctly due to a bug. Any user who has already been moved and is experiencing issues with SFTP not working should let us know and we can manually fix it. Any account moved after about 7PM Eastern today should not experience the problem.

Requests has been installed. The SFTP not working was an issue on our end that has been resolved. Please try again (tommy.heliohost.org, 1373, SFTP) and see if it works?
  9. Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS. The domain can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  10. You're suspended for having more than one account. Users are only allowed to have one account. Which one do you want to keep?
  11. Wordpress is notorious for this as mentioned above. The best way to avoid WP load is to not use Wordpress. WP is pretty much the number one way to get suspended for load. Please see this: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/wordpress If you get suspended for WP load again, we'll require more information about how you plan to prevent this from happening. Unsuspended.
  12. The domain you want me to change it to belongs to the account you didn't keep. Do you want me to merge the two accounts (so you have the data and domains from both)? Or would you prefer I just delete the second account and change the domain?

Those settings should be correct (SFTP/tommy.heliohost.org/1373), but they don't work for me either. I've asked about it in a staff channel.
  14. Unsuspended. The domain will take up to 2 hours to work. For the software, either should work. I've run flarum before and it worked (though not with 1000+ users). Never tried nimforum. Give both a shot and see how they perform. You can watch your server load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ Flarum should be in softaculous, not sure about nimforum. As you grow, you may eventually outgrow Johnny due to the load limits, which cannot be increased at the moment except by moving to a VPS (eventually, moving to Morty will be an option for this, that server won't have load limits when released, and instead will charge a monthly fee that increases based on load). If you outgrow Johnny before we release Morty, you can move to a VPS and later to move to Morty too. EDIT: The domain change failed...
  15. Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  16. No, you did not need to create another account. You needed to contact support. Odds are the issue was related to either software on your account that was broken or a misconfiguration in DNS. Which account do you want to keep? Once we know which one you actually want to use, we can look into the errors you were experiencing.
  17. That account is permanently banned for advertising the sale of DoS and/or botnet services. Such services are prohibited under our Terms of Service as illegal activity since their primary purpose is to intentionally abuse, disable, harm, or otherwise cause the improper operation of their target. The sale of such services may also be illegal in the United States under federal law.
  18. It means the server in the process of creating another database for someone. In most cases the fix is to try again later.
  19. You're suspended for having more than one account. Users are only allowed to have one account. Which one do you want to keep? (As a reminder, you can host up to 10 domains on a single account. You don't need 2 accounts to have 2 websites.)

@Palpale Your site has been fixed. Softaculous had replaced your .htaccess with its own file, which is incompatible with your website. I've restored the backup copy and the site now works. It looks like Softaculous created a .bk file (backup htaccess) when this happened, I just renamed that back to .htaccess and the site works again. I would recommend not using the WP management tools in Softaculous with your site as a result. Use the Plesk WP toolkit instead.
  21. DKIM value looks good now on my side. Let us know how it goes. C:\Users\Owner>nslookup Default Server: UnKnown Address: 2601:41:c080:e21:1691:82ff:fec5:a840 > set type=txt > server 1.1.1.1 Default Server: one.one.one.one Address: 1.1.1.1 > default._domainkey.ookma-kyi.tech Server: one.one.one.one Address: 1.1.1.1 Non-authoritative answer: default._domainkey.ookma-kyi.tech text = "v=DKIM1;p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQDhTtmczF3anobF3FwdLX0mjGigHE6PWbNo+lxA4Ekq73PnOZNP68yWjfuk78qaHVg3KFkQnJPOCsBAeAROStfiCiHrvAnNgZVHLgnW1sfIdmSm61USQAwaYz17bkBS6UNhekZNwn/SVLSjPBGcUeOye639HlmWUc8fxSkjzucqgQIDAQAB;" >
  22. That app was running well enough to get him suspended for high load. When he's ready we can unsuspend him and try to figure out what happened here, it's probably a mistake in the code somewhere considering other users are using node without issue.
  23. Because it is your main domain, it must be changed to something else to remove it. Do you want me to change it to something like shoot360.helioho.st instead?
  24. The high load is because you're using Wordpress. Read this to see why Wordpress is a bad idea: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/wordpress Please fix the issue quickly. Our recommendation is to not use Wordpress at all, but if you must, remove as many plugins as you can and follow the other advice given at the bottom of the link above. You can monitor your load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ Unsuspended.

Those subfolders don't exist on your account, so a 404 error is expected. If those are supposed to be virtual folders handled via mod_rewrite, you need to fix your .htaccess file or WP installation. The account itself is working properly. This page should show phpinfo(): https://plj.my.id/hh_test.php
