  1. Unblocked.
  2. ASP.NET has been configured. Please check your PMs.
  3. Tommy itself no longer offers ASP.net. You need an account on our windows server, Lily, if you want that. Because of how Lily works, it's the exception to the one account rule...you actually have to have a cpanel account and a Lily account together. Once we move you to tommy, I'll set up a Lily account when I get a moment and send you a PM with credentials. I can't move you at the moment since I'm on an iPhone...
  4. You can keep both, you'll need it if you want to make changes. My suggestion would be to put rules in .htaccess to restrict who can reach it. If it's blocked for everyone except you, it will produce far less load than a WP site that is seeing lots of traffic.
  5. Krydos can enable this for you.
  6. You can really use any of the methods since you already have an account. Upgrades and moves are a manual process that requires a support post and admin assistance, so it doesn't matter which one you use. The only thing that the Tommy link does differently is that it automatically sends an invite if you don't already have an account associated with the email on your paypal account. If you already have such an account, it won't send anything and is effectively identical to the other donation methods. Our current fundraiser can be found here.
  7. It could be enabled on any version that supports it, but odds are you're using only one version. The server's default version is not always the latest version either, so a specific version number is needed.
  8. What version of PHP?
  9. Your account was suspended because Wordpress is causing too much load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. This is really common for Wordpress. It can cause massive amounts of load even if you're hardly getting any traffic to your site. Wordpress is also incredibly insecure and very easy to hack. We see Wordpress accounts get hacked all the time and usually the hacker sets up a phishing site on your domain. We strongly recommend using any software other than Wordpress. Something that might help is this simply static Wordpress plugin. It will speed up your site, reduce the load you cause, and reduce your chance of getting hacked. If you try it let us know how it worked out for you. If you insist on using Wordpress you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access. Wordpress sites load relatively slowly on our shared hosting, but they will be much faster on a VPS.
  10. The lt at the end somehow got included into the link. Krydos's link should be https://www.heliohost.org/partners/namecheap/krydos.de
  11. If I remember right, the forum passwords cannot contain spaces or certain symbols (most notably quotes and slashes). Since you mentioned special characters, that is probably why this happened. Caps, lowercase, and numbers are definitely supported since mine has those and works...
  12. Unblocked.
  13. Yeah, an infinite loop will do that. Please fix it quickly. Unsuspended.
  14. Unsuspended.
  15. It was suspended for sending too many emails. The limit is 50/day. You'll need to wait until midnight UTC for the mail counter to reset before it can be unsuspended.
  16. First, we are in the USA, we were asleep when you were posting. Second, this account cannot be unsuspended anyway, it's banned because we have reason to believe it was intended for phishing activity.
  17. You didn't answer the question. Which username do you want to keep? If you don't tell me which username you want back, or you keep denying it, I'll be happy to leave them all suspended. Edit: nevermind it appears you created 7 more accounts, and I just realized you are also violating the TOS for using a disposable email address.
  18. Yep. The limit is 50 per day. I just tried unsuspending you, but it's too soon to unsuspend it. You'll need to wait until midnight UTC when the mail counter resets before I can unsuspend it successfully.
  19. Please change your name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Right now, you have the ns1.heliohost.org in a CNAME record, which won't work and is why you're having trouble. You need to use NS records specifically for proper functionality. If you are unable to use NS records for some reason, set the domain as your main domain on your Johnny account, then create an A record pointed to 65.19.141.67 instead on the domain. Please keep in mind that in this configuration, many features will not work (DNS, advanced mail features, subdomains, etc.), and we will be unable to provide any support for an account used in such a manner.
  20. You're suspended for creating 13 accounts. Users are only allowed one account. Which one do you want to keep?

  22. That issue is on freenom's end. Their systems are weird sometimes and don't work like they should. Were you able to add the domain in cpanel? If not, I've seen cases where making it your main domain somehow causes it to get unstuck (even though freenom is not one of the registrars where the host has to be set up first), so maybe try that?
  23. That one got flagged as suspicious because it mentioned online banking (we see a lot of fake Paypal and Chase websites). I just checked and the account is completely empty, so I'll unsuspend it for you. Please make absolutely sure that no usernames or passwords for financial institutions are collected (doing so will result in a phishing ban). If you're setting up a pretend bank website of some kind, do not use the branding of any legitimate bank, and make sure to include conspicuous disclaimers indicating that it is a fake website and that real credentials should not be entered on this site.
  24. VPSes are handled almost entirely by email, and are handled by exactly one person. While we aim for 24 hours to get them set up, sometimes Krydos takes a little longer (we're actually in the process of automating VPS creation, but we haven't quite gotten there yet). Being a weekend, it may take a little longer than the stated 24 hours to get it set up for you. Krydos will email you at the address you provided when the setup is complete.
