The root admins will reply in here once it's been fixed. As you can read in the News section here (https://helionet.org/index/topic/67623-when-servers-explode/) there have been server problems recently, but for these DNS issues, they are trying to action them as quick as they can. -

What is the TLD of the domain you want added, .com, .net? You can add your own database inside Plesk for the domain once it's been created. -

We don't really rename domains, we add the new one and remove the old one. I've now added ursafe.heliohost.us to your account. Please give it up to 2 hours to start working. Because of the maintenance and repairs that are ongoing, we cannot yet remove domains. Once we can remove them, either myself or another member of staff will remove the butangfindr one from your account and update this thread to let you know. -

Yes, that would solve the problem but there's also a couple of free ways to solve this (options 2 and 3). It depends what you prefer: 1. You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/storage/ This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. 2. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. 3. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage. Please let us know if you would like to reset your account.

Our old nameservers broke, and we had to transfer all of the zone records to the new DNS servers. It seems like some of the zone records didn't get transferred correctly though. I flagged your post in the Staff channel, and the DNS has been recreated for you. Your website loads for me now. If you can't see it, please try clearing your browser cache. If you're a Discord user, you can keep an eye on the HelioHost #News channel for updates when maintenance is happening. If you haven't yet joined the Discord, here's the link to join if you want. For other users who may see this post: If your website is down and it says DNS_PROBE or some similar error please let us know (by making a new post in the support section at: HelioHost > Customer Service) which domain(s) of yours is having the problem, so the DNS can be recreated for you.
