  1. It looks like sonanella.com is already your main domain. You have another addon domain as well. Are you asking to swap the main domain (which will have its files in the httpdocs folder) and the addon domain (which gets its files in a folder with the same name as the addon domain), or what is it that you're trying to accomplish exactly please? We can swap the domains, but it will require an account reset first, so your entire account doesn't break. Please have look at the implications of a main domain/addon domain swap, and let us know when you're ready for the account reset: https://wiki.helionet.org/Changing_Your_Main_Domain#Account_Reset_is_Required_to_Swap_Main_and_Addon_Domain
  2. Java / JSP is not currently available on the shared hosting accounts. Although it is on the roadmap, there is no estimated timeframe as to when Java may be offered. You can read more about ETAs here: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA In the meantime, if you need Java / JSP, you would need a VPS. We offer different plans, starting at $4 USD / month, with a discount of 10% if you pay for 6 months upfront (which is confirmed once you select a specific pricing plan): https://heliohost.org/vps/ Once Java support returns, it will be announced in our forum News section (https://helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/), the Java page in our Wiki (https://wiki.helionet.org/Java_JSP), our Discord channel, and our social media. There was a fundraiser last year, and for donations of USD $35 or more, donors were able to sign up to be beta testers on the new server that will have Java once it's ready. I have asked in the Staff channel if this would still be open to you, in case that'd be another option for you. We'll update this thread if we can still take donations from Java beta testers.
  3. I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  4. I've added that subdomain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the change to take effect. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  5. You will either need to delete all NS records except for HelioHost's (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) or you could delete our NS records, and use external DNS instead.
  6. This support request is being escalated to our VPS admins.

  8. Could you please confirm: That you have already created a 'flask.wsgi' file. That you understand that WSGI Control Access uses at a minimum 260 GB memory per day and your bill will probably be about $1.91 or more per month. Once we have this confirmation, we can escalate to a root admin to enable this for you. Please see here for all the details needed for efficient progression of a WSGI Control Access enablement request: https://wiki.helionet.org/Flask#Request_WSGI_Control_Access
  9. I've changed the main domain on your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Please note there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, so I made a full backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups

  18. Hello! I see the signup attempts from that email address. If you've already made a donation for Tommy, please send us the PayPal Donation ID number, which should be in the email you received from PayPal. A root admin can then check the transaction ID and if confirmed, manually send you an invite. Thanks!
  19. Your account was suspended for causing High server load. 10008.70 CPU. Looks like you use WordPress, which is one of the top reasons for account suspensions, even if it is a new install with no traffic. The impact on shared server resources can be so severe that we've created a dedicated page in our Wiki to explain to users how WordPress can lead to account suspensions: https://wiki.helionet.org/WordPress We recommend using anything except WordPress, and we offer some alternatives in the link above. If you cannot move away from WP, the page also includes some ways you can try to reduce the load caused by your account. Please keep an eye on your account load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ If at any point you become concerned about your account server usage load getting you suspended, you can add "deny from all" to the bottom of your .htaccess file. This will take the site offline (visitors will get a `Forbidden` message) and the site should stop generating load practically instantly. Once you have fixed your code, please remember to update the `.htaccess` file to remove the "deny from all" rule. I have unsuspended your account, please fix the issue quickly since with no code changes, another suspension for causing high server load is likely.
  20. I've changed the main domain on your account for you, and added the new subdomains. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain changes to take effect, and they will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. 24. I've changed the main domain on your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect. Since you already changed your nameservers, there's nothing else you need to do. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Since there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, I made a full account backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. 25. Looks good! You could also just use the nameservers if you wanted to, that way if the server IPs ever change, you don't need to change your DNS to the new IPs. The server IPs do not change often, I've only seen this done to mitigate a sudden DDOS attack. It can take 24-48 hours for DNS to propagate (although personally, mine has never taken that long), but when I check your new domain with dnschecker, it looks to have propagated already! For others who may find this post, we have info on how to check that DNS is properly configured in our Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Namecheap_DNS_Records#Wait_24_-_48_hours_for_DNS_Propagation
