  4. Thanks for confirming. I'm guessing you updated the email address on this forum account because I've now found a hosting account attached to the same email address as your forum account. That's how we double-check identity to make sure a reset request actually came from the account owner. 🙂 I've reset your account as requested.   6. You're not messing anything up by replying. We mark issues as [Solved] to make it easy to tell if there's a reply on non-Solved threads. However I saw there was a reply on this thread, so we do still check them anyway. 🙂 I'm glad to hear that the billing page is behaving now. Once you're ready to add credit, I'd suggest making a new thread just so your new request isn't accidentally missed, but it's no big deal either way.

  10. I'm not sure if Softaculous could be installed on the VPS, so this is something for the root admins to comment on. If it is possible, you'd likely need to cover the licensing costs for it though, since that won't be included in the VPS pricing. Hestia control panel, which is free, has a "one-click install" option for WordPress that I found quite straightforward though. It looks like you have 2 forum accounts, so it's the other one you need to post from, please. Or you could email your deletion request to 'support@heliohost.org' from the email address associated with your hosting account. If you forget what that is, please login to Plesk and at the top right, click on your Username and go to: Edit Profile > My Profile > General > External email address
  21. I just installed MediaWiki, myBB, and SitePad successfully using Softaculous on my Johnny account. If you let us know what specific package(s) you're trying to install, we may be able to offer more targeted troubleshooting guidance.

Root admins are the only ones with access to the /tmp/ folder, but until one of them has a chance to check for you, something you could try is to set the Passenger environment to 'Development' using the steps on this page. It will offer more detailed error messages from Passenger that might shed more light on what is happening.

  24. Domain swaps between main domain and addon domain like this will delete all your files. Since you want an account reset anyway, the best order to do things in is to do the account reset first. When you reactivate your fresh account, just enter muj.my as the domain you want to use. Then once the account is set back up, please ask us to add adi.helioho.st as the addon domain for you.
