  1. I just checked your image link again, and it now loads fine for me, so it looks like the issue was indeed because your account wasn't yet 2 hours old. But please let us know if you need help with anything else. ?
  2. Hello! For an account on the Tommy server, all that's needed is a one-off donation of at least $1 USD. We definitely welcome higher donations for those who have the funds to spare, and a lot of our users schedule recurring donations because they want to, but it's not a requirement to get an account on Tommy.
  3. Hello! It looks like your account is less than 2 hours old. It can take up to 2 hours for things to work fully on a new account. After it's been a full 2 hours since you created your account, the image should load for you. If not, please make sure to clear your web browser cache and try again: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache
  4. I've added those 2 domains, please note that this brought you to the limit of 10 that are allowed on accounts. The newly added domains may take up to 2 hours to fully take effect. If after a full 2 hours they don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache In the meantime, please either: Point your domains to the HelioHost nameservers: `ns1.heliohost.org` and `ns2.heliohost.org`, or Create A records and point them to the IP address for the server you're on. You can find the IP address to use inside Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page. Please let us know if we can help with anything else. ?
  5. I've changed your main domain, please note that it can take up to 2 hours to fully take effect. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache In the meantime, please either: Point your domain to the HelioHost nameservers: `ns1.heliohost.org` and `ns2.heliohost.org`, or Create an A record and point it to the IP address for the server you're on. You can find the IP address to use inside Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page. Please let us know if we can help with anything else. ?
  6. Thanks for posting this update, this will help other forum users who have the same problem and search for tips on how to fix it. ?
  7. Krydos can handle this for you, I've escalated your request for his attention.
  8. I have merged your other post into this thread, please do not create multiple posts for the same problem. If your site is not working for you, we recommend you view the error logs using the link you've already been sent. Here is the link again in case you misplaced it: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/view-error-logs After you check the error logs, it should be more clear to you what the issue is with your site. If you are not sure what an error means, please either 1) provide the error text or 2) take a screenshot of the error, upload it to an image sharing site and send the link to the screenshot. If you try to attach a screenshot when emailing our support address, the attachment will be removed and we won't be able to see it. Or 3) another way would be to login to the forum and make a post using your forum account and share the screenshot that way. Without more information from you, it will be difficult to narrow down the problem to find out why your site is not working for you.
  9. This support request is being escalated to our root admins.
  10. The 'another user with the same username is already logged in' happens to me when I login at the same time from another browser, or when I am logging in a few times and then closing my browser instead of logging out before I login again. Can you try clearing your cache please (https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache) and using one of the two approved ways of logging in, at either https://heliohost.org/ or https://heliohost.org/login/ and then going into Plesk, to see if the same thing happens? I know that logins are not counted for folks who use the https://johnny.heliohost.org/login_up.php link to sign in, so if you try one of the approved ways to login and the problem continues, we'll be able to narrow down the issue. Could you also let us know how you are connecting (mobile data or WiFi) and which browser(s) you have used to try to login?
  11. OK, so we will not reset your account then if you're fine with the way it is now. ? If you change your mind, or if we can help with anything else, please create a new topic and we'll be happy to help!
  12. @baongoc159 We do a backup as part of the account reset process anyway, but since Krydos has showed you the folder where the wordpress-backups are specifically, I thought maybe you might want to do something directly with that folder before the reset happens? Please let us know when you are ready for the reset, I didn't want to start it yet in case you're in the middle of organizing some files/folders. ?
  13. I've unsuspended your account, please give it a few minutes to get back up and running again.
  14. Thank you for the donation! I have escalated this request to our root admins who can verify the transactions and increase your account size. You are using 758.41 MB of disk space (out of the 1000 MB you have right now, until your account is increased). To reset the disk space used, we can reset your entire account if you want, so you can start fresh. If you want us to reset your account, please let us know and we can start that process for you. WordPress is a very common reason for account suspension because of the high server resources it uses. We usually recommend that people use anything except WP, and there are some alternatives listed on this page: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/wordpress There is also some guidance on what you can do to try to keep the load caused by WP down to avoid account suspension, if you really must use WP. You can keep an eye on your account load here https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ and if you become concerned about your account server usage load getting too high, just add a "deny from all" to the bottom of your .htaccess file to take the site offline. Once that's been done, the site should stop generating load practically instantly.
  15. You can absolutely get your paid domain added to your account. Users cannot yet add their own domains but admins can. Just let us know the full domain and if you want it as your new main domain or as an add-on alongside the free heliohost.us one you have now, and we can make the changes for you. You can read more about add-on/subdomains/main domains here: https://wiki.helionet.org/management/main-domain and it explains how the folder layout will work when you have a main and also an add-on domain on an account to keep your files organized between them.
  16. I have deleted your hosting account as requested. I've escalated this support request to our root admins who can delete your forum account. Thank you for using HelioHost
  17. I don't think anyone can guess if this approach would be okay or not, because it depends on your WP plugins/config/load caused by your account, but you can try it if you prefer. Just keep an eye on your account load with the link I've sent and if the load climbs too high, use an .htaccess "deny from all" before it gets so high that it causes another account suspension.
  18. I have deleted your hosting account as requested. I've escalated this support request to our root admins who can delete your forum account. Thank you for using HelioHost
  19. Your account was suspended for High Server Usage: 101.16 GB memory. You seem to be using WordPress, which is a top reason for users to get their account suspended because WP uses a lot of server resources. My first recommendation would be to use anything else but WordPress, but if this is not an option for you, please review our WordPress guidance here to reduce your account load: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/wordpress You can keep an eye on your account load here https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ and if you become concerned about your account server usage load getting too high, just add a "deny from all" to the bottom of your .htaccess file to take the site offline. Once that's been done, the site should stop generating load practically instantly. I have unsuspended your account. Please fix the issue quickly since if no changes are made, your account is likely to get suspended again. If you cannot make changes to your WP configuration, another option would be to look at our VPS plans: https://heliohost.org/vps/
  20. This support request is being escalated to our root admins.
  21. I've added that domain for you. Please note that it can take up to 2 hours to be fully working. If after 2 hours, it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache You can change your account email address by going to: Login > Plesk > [username] at the top right > Edit profile We also recommend you use the same email on the forum as on your hosting account, so we can easily verify your identity for things like account resets or domain removals. To edit your forum email address: Login to the forum > click on your [username] at the top right > Profile > Account Settings Please let us know if we can help with anything else. ?
  22. Hello! Could you please confirm which web browser you're using when you try to login to Plesk? Recently another user got a similar 'Minified React' error and it turned out they were using Ungoogled Chromium, which is not supported. We recommend using one of the supported browsers listed on this page from a Desktop system: https://wiki.helionet.org/common-errors/supported-browsers I can visit your site in Chrome and Edge and I don't get the 'you cannot visit because of HSTS' error, so it's possibly related to browser type.
  23. I'll mark this as [Solved] since the initial issue is resolved, but please make a new thread if you need help with anything else. ?
  24. I've reset your account and you should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/account-backups
  25. Unfortunately your last idea of making folders and pointing nameservers to the specific folder won't work. In the example screenshot, I have `domain.helioho.st` as my main domain, and I added site-A.com and site-B.com domains that I own. So the contents of the `httpdocs` folder is what I want to display at `domain.helioho.st`, and the files for my other 2 websites go in their respective folders. We need to know the complete domain name in order to add a domain to an account. Do the 6 domains you want added all end with `.com`?
