HelioHost Username: jaguerra27 Server: Tommy Main domain: jaguerra27.helioho.st Today I tried to access to plex using my heliohost account (jaguerra27) and I received the notice that my account has been suspended, with no mail notificacion or hay other advise. I think it was a wrong suspenssion, because I only store a database and trying to deploy a NodeJS application, with no success, so I desist and I am only using the database. If the suspenssion is legit, at least allow me to enter to the database to made a dump, or send me to my mail if it is not possible to access, beause I have only saved the account for a read-only access to the database, the admin account is inside Plex, and I cannot enter to get it. Thank you very much.

Dear HelioHost Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently attempted to log into my Tommy account (username: live7day, linked to the email admin@live7day.com) to check on my hosted website, but I was unable to access it. The login page stated that either the username or password is incorrect. When I checked the HelioHost website directly, I saw that my account has been suspended. I am unsure of the reason for this suspension, but I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to regain access, even temporarily. I have not yet backed up my website's files and code, and I would like to retrieve them as soon as possible. Once I’ve backed up my data, I will promptly disable or delete the website if required. im quite surprised and im looking for the reason why my site using so much memory while it node.js were disabled, when i checked how much memory used it was quite late to do something so can im please being unsuspended?

Hi, I don't think I violated any terms of use. But anyway, my account was suspended while I was developing and finishing my site. My site is designed to generate links for personal use, does it not allowed?

Hello, My account got suspended again, more or less as a consequence of today's activities. I have found and fixed the problem, but I suppose memory consumption from the entire day was taken into account. Please unsuspend it again. Kind regards, Raicho Minev

As the title says I have either had 100GB or 10,000 CPUs in one day. I can’t understand this, please provide more information and check my normal usage stats, they are never anywhere near either of these limits. -

Hello it looks like my account got suspended due to my node app was causing a heavy load on the server. I am unsure what caused it to use up so much bandwidth specifically.
