Dear Sir, My username is: argoma , i'm begineer on website management experience .I would like to reset my account since I lost access because I exceeded the 1000MB limit. I think it happened because I didn’t consider that laravel unzip need more space. I tried to access via FTP to delete unnecessary files, but the account is blocked. So, with no other option, please delete everything and I will start over. I'd also like to change the domain's document root from /httpdocs/public to /httpdocs (if possible).png.e22483d3648394d67fe233f2f1e441a9.png)

Hello HelioHost Support, I accidentally deleted my `public_html` folder from my hosting account, and now my website shows a "Not Found" error. I tried recreating the folder manually, but it doesn’t work — the server doesn’t recognize it properly.
