Hello! I think from the above you mean you'd like to cancel the refund request, is that correct? If something wasn't working as you expected, we're happy to try to help you fix any problems you were having. When I visit your site now I see a Passenger issue. We have some steps in our Wiki here to help troubleshoot Node/Passenger issues: https://wiki.helionet.org/Could_Not_Spawn_Process#Troubleshooting_Node_/_Passenger_Issues We also have a how-to guide on how to run Node here that you may find useful: https://wiki.helionet.org/Node.js

I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS. To configure your DNS, you can either: 1) Set NS records pointed to the HelioHost nameservers: `ns1.heliohost.org` and `ns2.heliohost.org`, or 2) Manually create DNS records: a) Add an A record (IPv4) pointing to your server's IPv4 address b) Add an AAAA record (IPv6) pointing to your server's IPv6 address To find the correct IPs, please go to: Login > Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page. If after a full 2 hours your new domain doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache

[Solved] Increase Storage for My Account
KazVee replied to hostmysiteplease's topic in Escalated Requests
Thank you for your donation! This support request is being escalated to our root admins. Once they verify the donation, they'll increase your account storage and confirm back to you when it's been done. -
The only domain you have on your account now is 'kalong.web.id'. Accounts cannot have 0 domain names, but we can figure out a new main domain to add for you. Did you buy another domain that you would like to have as the new domain on your account? If you let us know the full domain (including the .com or .net, etc.) we can make it your new main domain. Another option is that we could create you a free HelioHost domain, ending with either 'helioho.st' or 'heliohost.us'. Would you want something like 'shobry41.helioho.st' or 'kalong.helioho.st'? Once you let us know what new main domain you want, we can remove the 'kalong.web.id' and add the new one to your account for you.

[Solved] Upgrade VPS without creating PayPal Account
KazVee replied to ocarina's topic in Escalated Requests
All HelioHost staff are volunteers. We all have full time jobs and lives outside of this project. We run this organization in our free time, and if we don't have very much free time things don't get done very quickly. Most for-profit hosting companies have a staff of full time employees who sit around providing support and working 40 hours a week. It's very rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so each day. None of our volunteers are required to log a certain number of hours and may come and go as they please. If we aren't having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, and developing new features then we take a break and do things that are more fun for us. This is why we don't have SLAs or ETAs for new features or repairs, and this is why things move a little slower than a for-profit company that you might be used to dealing with. We do aim to respond to requests within 24 hours, but this is done on a best-effort basis because real life priorities and time zone differences can impact this. You can read more about ETAs (and why they are not offered) here: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA Bumping a forum thread unnecessarily as you have done here will work against you getting quicker support. We try to respond to the oldest threads first, and by bumping the thread, it has a more recent timestamp for the last post on it, so you may end up waiting longer. -
This thread was a request to add domain mwenendo and set up email DNS for it, so asking for SSL Certificate support for a different domain adds unnecessary complexity for the volunteer staff to troubleshoot issues, and risks messages being missed. Please try the steps here for SSL issues: https://wiki.helionet.org/SSL_Certificate_Problems and if you still have trouble, please create a new support request thread for SSL help with the other yourcompanysolutions domain.

I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS. We recently added another domain to your account for you, so just in case you weren't sure, if you had both domains ready to be added at the same time, you did not need to make 2 separate request for them, we don't mind doing multiple domain changes from a single post. ? To configure your DNS, you can either: 1) Set NS records pointed to the HelioHost nameservers: `ns1.heliohost.org` and `ns2.heliohost.org`, or 2) Manually create DNS records: a) Add an A record (IPv4) pointing to your server's IPv4 address b) Add an AAAA record (IPv6) pointing to your server's IPv6 address To find the correct IPs, please go to: Login > Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page. If after a full 2 hours your new domain doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache I'll escalate this thread for the attention of our root admins who can set up the DKIM, SPM and DMARC records for this new domain.

[Solved] Increase Storage for My Account
KazVee replied to hostmysiteplease's topic in Escalated Requests
You can donate via PayPal, credit or debit card, or crypto here: https://heliohost.org/donate/ Please make sure to provide the Transaction ID of the donation. The account increase is not yet automated, so the donation will be manually confirmed and then your account storage will be increased. (Usually this will not take more than a day, our volunteer staff try to action requests as soon as they have free time.) We have a Wiki page with a longer explanation and some more details on different donation options here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Donations_for_Increased_Storage -

To get more detailed error reporting, please change the environment to 'development' as suggested in the error message, using the steps provided in our Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Could_Not_Spawn_Process#Troubleshooting_Node_/_Passenger_Issues After checking the more detailed error report, if you're still not sure where the problem is, please share the error message details and we can try to assist you further.

[Solved] Add a new domain to my account
KazVee replied to testerpassalia's topic in Customer Service
When requesting that a domain be added to your account, please make sure you give us the entire domain you want, including the .TLD (.com, .net, .helioho.st, heliohost.us, etc.) at the end. Since you already have a domain ending with "helioho.st" on your account, I took a guess that you would want this new domain to also end with "helioho.st", so I've added that to your account. If this is not what you intended, please let us know. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache -

I made a backup before the reset, so if you have any issue with the backup you made yourself, you can download the backup I made here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, we have some steps to follow on the Account Backups Wiki page I posted earlier.

Oh, sorry I thought you wanted the domain gone completely, not just the files for the domain. To wipe a domain folder back to the default fresh settings, we'd need to do an account reset. However the reset would be applied to your entire account, including your other addon domains, which would be removed during the reset, and we'd need to re-add them for you once you recreate your account. It's no problem for us to do this for you, but I just want to make sure you understand what's involved with a reset before we get that started for you.

That domain is your main domain, so we'd need to know what domain you want as your new main domain to make the change. You can either choose an entirely new main domain or one of your existing ones. Please let us know what you want as your new main domain and we can get that done for you. You can read more about what happens when main domains are changed here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Changing_Your_Main_Domain If you choose one of your existing domains to be your new main domain, we'd need to remove it as an addon domain (which will delete its Plesk folder and all the files inside it), and then you would need to recreate the site once it becomes your new main domain. Because there's the risk of data loss, we recommend you make an account backup before we make the above changes for you. If you're not sure how to backup your account, please follow the steps here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups
