[Solved] Your account has been suspended.
KazVee replied to seekwe's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
I don't think anyone can guess if this approach would be okay or not, because it depends on your WP plugins/config/load caused by your account, but you can try it if you prefer. Just keep an eye on your account load with the link I've sent and if the load climbs too high, use an .htaccess "deny from all" before it gets so high that it causes another account suspension. -

[Solved] Your account has been suspended.
KazVee replied to seekwe's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Your account was suspended for High Server Usage: 101.16 GB memory. You seem to be using WordPress, which is a top reason for users to get their account suspended because WP uses a lot of server resources. My first recommendation would be to use anything else but WordPress, but if this is not an option for you, please review our WordPress guidance here to reduce your account load: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/wordpress You can keep an eye on your account load here https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ and if you become concerned about your account server usage load getting too high, just add a "deny from all" to the bottom of your .htaccess file to take the site offline. Once that's been done, the site should stop generating load practically instantly. I have unsuspended your account. Please fix the issue quickly since if no changes are made, your account is likely to get suspended again. If you cannot make changes to your WP configuration, another option would be to look at our VPS plans: https://heliohost.org/vps/ -
This support request is being escalated to our root admins.

I've added that domain for you. Please note that it can take up to 2 hours to be fully working. If after 2 hours, it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache You can change your account email address by going to: Login > Plesk > [username] at the top right > Edit profile We also recommend you use the same email on the forum as on your hosting account, so we can easily verify your identity for things like account resets or domain removals. To edit your forum email address: Login to the forum > click on your [username] at the top right > Profile > Account Settings Please let us know if we can help with anything else. ?

Hello! Could you please confirm which web browser you're using when you try to login to Plesk? Recently another user got a similar 'Minified React' error and it turned out they were using Ungoogled Chromium, which is not supported. We recommend using one of the supported browsers listed on this page from a Desktop system: https://wiki.helionet.org/common-errors/supported-browsers I can visit your site in Chrome and Edge and I don't get the 'you cannot visit because of HSTS' error, so it's possibly related to browser type.

I'll mark this as [Solved] since the initial issue is resolved, but please make a new thread if you need help with anything else. ?

I've reset your account and you should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/account-backups

[Solved] No (sub)domain options for my account?
KazVee replied to ronvdc's topic in Customer Service
Unfortunately your last idea of making folders and pointing nameservers to the specific folder won't work. In the example screenshot, I have `domain.helioho.st` as my main domain, and I added site-A.com and site-B.com domains that I own. So the contents of the `httpdocs` folder is what I want to display at `domain.helioho.st`, and the files for my other 2 websites go in their respective folders. We need to know the complete domain name in order to add a domain to an account. Do the 6 domains you want added all end with `.com`? -
I've reset your account and you should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. Once the account has been recreated, please make a new request to add the domain. (Adding the domain before the reset would just remove it as part of the reset.) I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, we have a how-to document in our Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/account-backups

[Solved] No (sub)domain options for my account?
KazVee replied to ronvdc's topic in Customer Service
Users cannot yet manage their own subdomains on the shared hosting servers. This functonality is planned, but there is no timescale for when it will be implemented because all HelioHost staff are volunteers who work on the service when they have free time. You can read a little more about ETAs here: https://wiki.helionet.org/hosting/repair-times In the meantime, staff can add sudomains for you. You can read the full details of add-on/subdomain management here (https://wiki.helionet.org/management/parked-addon-and-sub-domains) but the TL;DR is: let us know which subdomains you want added and we can add those for you. ? If domain/subdomain management is really something you want to manage yourself immediately, you could look into our paid VPS plans: https://heliohost.org/vps/ and manage your own DNS from there. (If you wanted to buy your own domain, we recommend using Namecheap since we have an affiliate partnership with them: https://wiki.helionet.org/hosting/what-heliohost-is-not#namecheap) -
[Solved] account suspended: sunamong
KazVee replied to sunamong's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
You were suspended (a 2nd time) for High Server Load: 101.22 GB memory. The drop in the graph is when the suspension happened. As I mentioned on Discord, I unsuspended you and recommend you fix your code quickly since without any changes made, another suspension is very likely. You can keep an eye on your account load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ You can review our Suspension Policy here: https://wiki.helionet.org/accounts/suspension-policy z -
Hello, we can certainly delete your account for you, but it is possible to connect remotely to a PostgreSQL database, and we can set this up for you if you want. Remote access for PostgreSQL is disabled by default for security reasons and since most users don't want or need it anyway. If you want remote access, please let us know 1) your database name and 2) the database username that you want to have access. We can then ask the root admins to enable remote access, and they'll let you know the connection details to use. Otherwise if you want to go ahead with the account deletion please let us know if you only want your hosting account deleted, or if you also want your forum account deleted too. There may be other reasons behind your wish to cancel, but if the only reason was the lack of current remote access to PostgreSQL, we can change this for you. ?

[Solved] Additional python3 dependencies needed
KazVee replied to kkaviani's topic in Escalated Requests
On the list of modules already installed (https://krydos1.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.12.py) you can press `Control + F` which will help you run a search for text on the page. Then, you can enter the name of the module you want. When the module name is found on the page, this means it is already installed and should not be requested again. All staff are volunteers so it's respectful of their time and effort to not ask for things that are already installed. dotenv: python-dotenv 1.0.1 is already installed. flask: flask 3.0.3 is already installed requests: requests 2.32.3 is already installed urllib: urllib3 2.2.3 is already installed I will escalate this thread so the root admins can assess the request to add the modules that are not yet on Tommy for Python 3.12: flask_sqlalchemy flask_login flask_wtf wtforms passlib mailjet_rest -
The root admins have looked into this further, and it seems you and a few other users were hit by abusive bots causing account loads to exceed the limits. For example, you got 4381 page hits from IP `216.244.66.229`. You should be able to review your logs and web statistics (AWStats) inside Plesk and block anything that looks suspicious inside an .htaccess file.

[Solved] Additional python3 dependencies needed
KazVee replied to kkaviani's topic in Escalated Requests
Flask is already installed on the Tommy server under Python version 3.12: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/flask#tommy-server If you need to run Flask on another version of Python, you'll need to get a VPS: https://heliohost.org/vps/ If you want to use 3.12 then please review the list of what's already installed (https://krydos1.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.12.py) to make sure you don't ask for things already available. -
You posted your request in the right place. ? I believe that changing Apache & Nginx settings would change things for all users, so it may not be possible to do this for you on the shared hosting and you might need to look into getting a VPS plan (https://heliohost.org/vps/) but I've escalated this support request to our root admins for confirmation.

Your account was suspended for using 100.16 GB memory, the sudden drop on the graph is when the suspension happened. If you didn't install any new software recently to cause this, it could be a bot hammering your sites. I'll mention this thread in our staff chat to see if one of the other admins can offer more insight on what might have happened here, but for now I've unsuspended your account, it may take a few minutes to start working again.

[Solved] Remote access to johnny postgresql database
KazVee replied to alexandrepascoal's topic in Escalated Requests
This support request is being escalated to our root admins. Once they enable the remote access for you, they will let you know the connection details to use. -
The initial issue was solved over Discord so I'll mark this as [Solved]. As info for others in the forum who encounter the same issue: The same storage issue happened again today, this user reached 4843.70/4000 MB and Krydos explained to them in Discord how to select the 'Skip the Recycle bin` option when deleting files: In Discord I also provided the link on how to donate for more storage (https://wiki.helionet.org/accounts/donation-increase-storage) if they wanted to go up to the 6000 MB max on their account. We've also sent them info in Discord about where to keep an eye on the load being caused by their account: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load as well as a recommendation to build the Next app how it's done in the tutorial (https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/node.js/next.js) so it uses Passenger to try to help keep the account load down. I've also recommended they convert their Next app to a static site for deployment, and if they wanted more than 6000 MB storage or if they want to keep their Next app dynamic but it's too much of a load for the shared hosting account, I've sent them info on the VPS plans too: https://heliohost.org/vps/

[Solved] Suspended: zwigith
KazVee replied to NamelessRumia's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
You were suspended for High Server Load: 100.43 GB memory. I've unsuspended the account now, it may take a few minutes to come back up. -
I've added that domain for you. Please note that it can take up to 2 hours to be fully working. If after 2 hours, it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache In the meantime, please either: Point your domain to the HelioHost nameservers: `ns1.heliohost.org` and `ns2.heliohost.org`, or Create an A record and point it to the IP address for the server you're on. You can find the IP address to use inside Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page. Please let us know if we can help with anything else. ?

Thanks for using our VPS service! I'll mark this thread as [Solved] since you're not progressing with the extra storage on the shared hosting account, but please let us know if we can help with anything else. ?
